Telford Cooling is just an honest, reliable, professional company that does outstanding work for reasonable rates. My whole family uses their services and have always had positive experiences. I had an issue yesterday (on a Monday) regarding an inoperative A/C unit, called at 9am, and they were at the house by 10:30am. They always seem to be this responsive. Can't recommend them highly enough!
Had an issue with my pool pump. Escalated to management at raypak. The first company didn’t even order the part for over two months. Within a few days, Telford was dispatched and did the repair. I can see why their reviews are great! Will defiantly use in the future!

The owner, Shaun, came out to my home to service my Pentair pool pump. During the course of this service call he disabled the time clock for my salt pump, which made it run continuously which is not good for the salt pump. Do NOT use this company..they do NOT know what they are doing! I'm demanding a refund of my service call or I am going to file small claims court action. Will keep readers posted as to how they handle this gross error and incompetence on their end. I'm also notifying Pentair.
We have been using Telford Cooling for the past few months for our AC maintenance. Both times we have needed them they have come out the same day and have been extremely professional and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable also.

They are Very Responsive. Able to come out the same day I called them. I do a once a year maintenance and I had a small repair while the technician was here. Didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I HIGHLY recommend this company! 👏👏👏

What a great company! Telford had done a lot of work for us, but one a/c (that they didn’t install) had a problem. Deanna was amazing. She nailed the problem within minutes and had us up and running in no time. A capable and charming person who left us with smiles on our faces. How nice is that?

Installed Reme Halo from RGF Industries vendor list. However, became evident that this installer never installed this product in a standard Carrier HVAC Unit but to her credit she was very diligent on calling into her supervisor every next steps to double check her progress. Think Vendor should have assigned a more experienced technician.
