We have used this company for years on commercial property as well as homes of ours. The last year they went way downhill, unchanging for every single item which was supposed to be insured and/or covered by maintenance plans. They installed 2 brand new AC units in our new house and we had many problems to follow. Including within a year, and a half of them installing major coil malfunction and guess what Summit said, oh we decided not to service you any longer and will not fix the warrantees issue. Yes, we can get the item replaced under warranty but we still had to pay 1200$ for the labor and the fluid replacement. They do not care. Don't use them!
This was the first time using Summit. We had been looking for a new ac company when my husband discovered Summit. Joe was on time. Friendly. Professional. Very knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and offered 3 options. I really appreciated that ( everyone knows repairs/replace can be very expensive.) We settled on a solution that fit with our budget. Hope I don't need them anytime soon but will definitely use them again.
