I’m a snow bird and my AC unit was damaged by hurricane… Spectrum installed new one. Came back down several months later and found Freon at leaked out … called emergency line and they answered on a Saturday said she would send someone out within 2 hours … DJ arrived and got us cooled down while it was raining outside and unit was on the roof … then he came back the next morning to recheck his work due to the rain the night before…. This man and this company did what every person hopes a company would do when there’s a problem …. To me service after the sale is far more important than the initial price ….do yourself a favor and consider these people on your next purchase
called John yesterday but never got a return call.We have had to have freon put in a new unit two times and have been charged dearly both times.Not happy.
Excellent experience with two maintenance calls. DJ was very professional and knowledgeable of his craft. Changed a whole unit at one location and a maintenance call at the over. Courteous and clean. Recommend this company highly. Ask for DJ as your technician
Thank you for helping us on the hottest day this year! Thank you for answering the phone on a Saturday afternoon of an holiday weekend and actually having a technician come out 1 hour later. Seeing your truck pull up was the best! Kyper was very patient and professional while working in a 92 degrees enclosed shop. He explained the issues and solutions and I totally understood the situation. He had all replacement parts on hand. The cost was very fair. Thank you so much!
A pleasure to work with this business! Kuper was our tech and he was amazing . Very knowledgeable about air purifying systems. He installed an air scrubber at a great price. And everything was done so quickly. Very impressed!
Spectrum has performed residential and commercial services for us. They are responsive and proactive. We’ve been very pleased with Spectrum and their technicians, Micheal, Kuper, and John. They recently completed a very difficult installation at our home and stayed with the job until it was done, despite extreme heat and several challenges. Highly recommend!

Just bought a condo and had Spectrum come out to service/check the A/C. They sent Kuper. He called ahead, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Great technician, great young man, great representative of his company. I’d highly recommend them and I’ll be using them for all my AC needs!
Highly recommend Spectrum AC! They installed a new ac for me in 2020 and I’ve used and recommended then since. They’re always nice, professional and trustworthy. Their prices are reasonable too.

Recently had Spectrum AC come out to clean my unit and run a diagnostic to figure out what was causing some issues with my ac. They were able to come out within a couple hours of me filling out their online request for service. Technician Ryan arrived promptly and immediately got to work. He explained the work he was doing, as well as what was causing some of the issues. He didn’t try to oversell me or convince me to do a bunch of unnecessary work. He was very thorough and honest, and he gave me a lot of helpful tips to keep my unit functioning properly. Really satisfied with the work Ryan did and with the overall customer experience. I definitely recommend Spectrum AC to anyone looking for an honest and diligent HVAC company.

My compressor broke and they were able to keep it cool for us through the night until my landlord contacted them the next day to come out and replace it. Alicia and Ryan were awesome. Great team work, great customer service, great prices and great timing . I definitely recommend this company
