Today our technician, Oscar Hernandez, changed filter and throughly explained to us about how it was not the proper one in design. He explained and cared about our concerns. I would like Service Experts to send Oscar to our house for all our service calls.
Called in an early morning service for a No cool, and Claude & Jeff came out to address the issue. They were extremely helpful and detailed. After inspecting/ reviewing both units (for long term and short term fixing) they offered all the best options as well as a physical packet of their maintnance programs to review. Very compensating and informative!

Had Service experts out for a ac drain issue . Claude and Jeff took care of it immediately, and then checked out complete system to make sure we were all set Highly recommended..
Service expert technicians Claude and Mike G were on time and courteous. They not only checked my AC unit, both inside and outside, but fixed a couple of issues that had somehow been neglected to be repaired in the past. Finally, my accordion door for the AC closet was put back in place so it now works better than before.

This company sold me a new AC 3 years ago . I was explicit about make and model and the service plan . Once they had removed my old AC , and it was about 95 degrees in the house , they wheeled in a different model . They said ," oh yeah , we didn't have the model you wanted , but this one is almost the same." It wasn't , didn't have a variable fan etc and was a cheaper model . Since then , they have also been out 3x about the thermostat , charging me $99 the last time , and it was clearly bad hardware (thermostat). They simply changed the thermostat since it was under warranty , but still charged me the fee . I feel cheated and I would not recommend this company . In my opinion , they are profiting from cutting big corners and charging the customers for them .

James and Raul came to check up on my AC that had stopped working overnight. They were able to arrive earlier than expected which was a relief in the Fl heat. Got my AC working in no time and gave me a few useful tips to help prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. So happy with their service.
