We have always had top notch service from Raymond's Commercial HVAC, Inc.. Cody came out for an issue we couldn't get any other company to fix and go over with us. Within an hour he had everything going and gave us very useful information no one else had. Highly recommend them for your needs.

If there was a 0, I'd give them that. Worst experience ever. Highly NOT recommended. Would not come out after pressuring several times to buy an annual service package when I needed a simple repair done. Do yourself a favor and NEVER do business with this company!!!
I've had great experience with Raymond's Commercial HVAC, every time I've called. Had an emergency call-out last winter and they got my old furnace up and running quickly. Decided this summer that it was time to upgrade the furnace-- they explained my options and how to best even-out the temperature in my split-level home Easy sales process and they didn't push anything. The install team called to let me know their schedule, covered the floors and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience.
I had an excellent experience with Raymond's Commercial HVAC, Inc. The installers were very professional and completed the installation in a timely manner. The service was great and they left their work area clean after the installation. I recommend this company to anyone needing A/C services.
The tech was amazing and very personable and friendly. He took the time to inform us the whole process with us and show us the thermostat and walk us through everything. He made the experience more enjoyable for us. I will use them again and again.
Trevor has serviced our heating unit before; this time he cleaned the ducts. He is always informative, thorough and pleasant. We are always pleased when he is sent to service our unit. He is always careful when he moves around our home and always mindful of how particular we are regarding the care of our home. We will miss his services when we move to AZ.
I give these guys 5 stars because I can't give them 10! I have multiple properties including my personal residence that have AC issues from time to time. When they happen I pick up the phone and the Raymond's Commercial HVAC Inc. team is right there. Great response times, amazing office staff, knowledgeable techs, quality repairs, fair pricing and personal attention are reasons I rely on them. They have consistently exceeded my expectations for several years and I wouldn't consider using any one else.
I vividly remember my Christmas like yesterday. Most companies usually close on the eve of the holiday. My furnace had just shut down unexpectedly. I became so mad and frustrated wondering where I could get help especially due to the freezing weather. I tried calling HVAC service providers and they were out of reach. I then remembered I didn’t try Raymond's Commercial HVAC, Inc. and they usually provide 24/7 services. I called and immediately Trevor was at my door step. He went and checked my heater, fixed and within no time, he was done. I was happy and relieved until I packed some cookies to eat on his way back. Am a happy customer and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Trevor the technician showed up on time that the maintenance appointment was scheduled and was extremely professional. Before entering the house in my house he put his booties on and was very clean and neat throughout the whole appointment. Always have an above satisfactory experience with these guys!!
