Great company, installed a new air conditioner unit in 3 hours and showed up 15 min early, most importantly the guys installing the unit are professional and know what they’re doing, left everything clean. Great price!
The short answer is a warranty electrical circuit board took 45 minutes to replace from the time the technician walked into my front door till he left. They charged me $320 plus a diagnostic fee of $100. I purchased the unit 3yrs ago from them. When I complained about the price they said that’s what they charge. Then added they didn’t make’m like they use too. Very dissatisfied.
Very nice service from the initial call, salesman, office staff ,final installation and arriving the day of the city code inspection. Very nice company, highly recommend them. No issues

These guys are fantastic! They actually care about fixing your unit and not ripping you off. Leon was phenomenal and was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help and did not try to take advantage and sell me on things I didn’t need. If you need AC repair call these guys and ask for Leon!!

The worst customer experience ever in my thirty years of living in the US. Honestly, I am shocked. I have used this company to install AC in my houses before but after today...I am still obviously angry. I hope a business owner would contact me if they care about their long term customers so I can tell what happened. ...(after reading formal response...)There was NO abusive behavior on my part...it is not true..your commitment was to be in my place between 8-9 ...I received a call at 9:10 that your employee would arrive by 9:45. The only thing I asked is to be respectful of my time and give me a warning about the tardiness...Your office manager Amber suggested in a rude way that I could cancel ...that's an abuse of the client who desperately needs your service and you know that..
Hands down the best Air Conditioning company in Palm Beach County! Obviously the people giving bad reviews haven’t dealt with some of the local scam companies whom will gladly take your money and not fix anything. I’ve never had an issue with Prestige, Amber, Scott and all the techs are always there to help. They’ve taken care of my ac issues even during hurricanes, promptly and affordable! Best ac company in west palm beach And no I’m not being sponsored.
Amazed at how quickly the response was not only in calling but arriving to service my AC. Highly recommend. I thought it was a serious issue but it actually wasn't they told me. I was hardly charged anything when I could've been charged hundreds. Would definitely use again.

Wow let me just say this was an amazing learning experience as a new first time home buyer. I didn't know what to expect when I called in and got John for my service call to help me drain and fix my flooded AC unit in the attic. John was absolutely amazing and I can't say enough about his willingness to help me out. You don't find people like him too often but he went out of his way multiple times after solving (and teaching me how to fix the issue in the future) by following up after the service call and quickly responding to any questions I had. A truly stand up guy that clearly has experience at the highest level in this profession. Couldn't as for more. Thanks for everything John!
What a wonderful experience I had with prestige. My air conditioning stopped working. I felt very apprehensive as a woman dealing with a service company; however, they put me completely put me at ease... even offered a military discount. The technician had a mask, gloves and shoe protection on and was able to efficiently restore functionality. Thank you again.
My Goodman AC system with a 10k heat. strip has been in for a week now. The communication throughout the process was on point and my expectations were.definitely met. I did much research before commiting to Prestige. Amber answered all questions more than satisfactory and expeditiously and the install was done at the exact time promised. The Install went smoothly and the techs were pleasant. I would recommend Prestige for your AC needs.
100% great honest company
Super honest, experienced, and can help you where other companies won’t. Donna is super smart when it comes to warranty information. I had a bad experience with the company that installed my unit, and Prestige helped me. Tom came out and was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest about what could and should be done. David did an excellent annual maintenance job, very thorough. Everyone takes the time to completely explain everything. They make sure you are satisfied.
We called them on a Saturday night when AC wasn’t working. They were amazing! Rudy was so helpful and kind and got things working for us late at night and made us a priority. Completely reasonable and efficient. Highly recommend and will plan to use them again In future.
So disappointed. Both our air conditioning new units are not working. Called about our main house unit at 9 pm last night and as of 8:41 this morning and after leaving about 6 messages with answering service, still no call back. Website says 24 hours open on Saturday and Sunday but apparently not so
