DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Over 3 months and no city inspection is scheduled. The pipes are exposed all over the house. The plumbers did a great job, they were always on time, they replaced pipes in whole house ahead of the schedule. It took only 3 days to complete the job. Kudos to Dean and James! The 1 star rating is for the company and people who coordinated the project. The company didn't submit proper paperwork for permit ahead of the time and as a result, there is no city inspection scheduled and we have open drywall through out the house for almost two weeks. Moreover, the communication is really bad, our emails haven't been answered on some occasions for weeks.

This company is very unprofessional. We paid for the permit and they haven't even been registered with the city. It has been almost two months since we used their services and the city inspection haven't been even scheduled. Do not return our calls.

Awful experience. Our tankless water heater failed and these people repeatedly failed to fix the problem and their charges were outrageously high. After failing for the third time and charging over $3300 they tried to sell me an expensive water softener and blamed our problems on Jupiter water which is rated as Best in the Southeast. Our repair person was on the phone with NAVIEN Tech Support for hours and still could not repair our problem which another plumbing company fixed in one short visit at 1/5 th the cost. Never never use this company. !!!!’
