Don’t enjoy writing these reviews, but I do so in order to save others headache. Made an appointment a week out for a technician to come out and drain the a/c line which was clogged. The window provided was from 12-4, and the technician showed up at 5:30. Since I already knew what the issue was the representative stated the service fee would be waived since there would need to be work done.However don’t let the “ guarantees “ entice you to work with this company on their company website it states “ If we are late for your HVAC service appointment, we’ll make it up to you by paying you back”That wasn’t accurate and I ended up paying more than 200 dollars for an already diagnosed problem. The technician never asked if he could begin work on it, or provide the estimate for the work. If I knew how much it would cost beforehand I would of went and got a shop vac and saved myself 100 dollars.
Moe was courteous, knowledgeable and informative. He had to order a part and came back at 6:10 PM to finish the work after being on the road all day without letup. Great service as always with your company.
Moe is an excellent HVAC technician and One Hour did great to make sure we were satisfied
the service tech, Moe, showed up on time and was courteous and knowledgeable of his company and the job at hand. Moe was professional and very complimentary of his employer and completed the maintainance on the a/c unit quickly.
What's not to like? Kim had Jeremiah at my door in 10 minutes; 10 minutes later my AC was humming as intended!🙂

They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do to fix my problem, and answered my questions. Alan and Jeremiah did a 5 Star job. I would strongly recommend them .

They were nice, worked quickly and updated us on things we ask questions about.
Dan was knowledgeable and personable. Explained what needed to be explained. This was a call back and was not charged.
Scheduled for 8-12 AM, they never showed. Called at 11 AM and were told they were on their way. At 1PM we were told someone would call us to explain why no one showed, no one called. We switched to another company. Most of the technicians seem to be clueless when they do show up. Highly recommend using a different company.

Absolutely amazing, always responsive and professional.
A/C stopped working on Saturday 12/31. Called One Hour on Monday 1/2 and was given appt. on Tuesday 1/3. Co. was able to send out tech same day. Jeremiah came out and discovered that air in drain had caused stoppage. Fixed problem and cleared drain. System now working again.
Jeremiah has great Customer service skills. Work is in progress, but I am very satisfied thus far. I truly appreciate Jeremiah. He solved our issues and was very professional.
Being unaware that I needed maintenance on this great a/c unit, it leaked while away. Maintenance cleaned water mess & Jeremiah cleaned water lines & has set up the every 6 month service contract for me. Thanks for all your help, communication & service! What a great company!! They were super friendly and professional. Lucerne was an absolute delight and made sure I understood everything and promptly was able to fix my AC in no time
do not use these guys. they sent a tech who said our a/c system which had been working for 5 years prior ,was plumbed incorrectly and couldn't drain the way it was plumbed,and that we needed to call a plumber. charged us 79 dollars, without doing one actual thing. called an actual a/c repair company who sent a real technician, who figured out where the drain was clogged, how to get to it, unclogged it and said the drain line was fine but was just clogged at the drain hole. requested a refund from a kim heynes in the office but she said they didn't charge us for the incorrect diagnosis, the 79 dollars was the service charge. asked what was the service they charged us for, but she stopped responding. they should call it a non service charge. but this whole outfit was amateur from start to finish,they operate several different companies out of the office, depending on where you are located they go by different names,so there's something not kosher here. do not use this company, you never know if they are honest,correct or just ripping you off.
