I am beyond blessed to say that I was able to find and contact Lowen Air Conditioning. It was a pleasure meeting Jose (Service & Install Manager) who indeed provided me with utmost professionalism, a quick response, very punctual, and his outstanding customer service.! I was told after 10 years most A/C systems give out and needed to be replaced ours lasted 16 years so he definitely provided us with knowledge. He also answered all of our questions. Informed us on what we should do to prevent issues like this one. We will definitely be continuing using the services for our A/C Maintenance. I wanted to also thank his Team who have gone above and beyond I would like for them to be recognized Vanessa, Michael, and Fredy. I highly recommend them for your A/C needs honest, reliable, accommodating. Please don’t hesitate to contact them!!!!
Lowen installed a new ac system at our house on 5/19/23 and it is working Great, quieter than our old system, that Lowen had also installed 23 years ago, we also got the air purifier. They completed the install in one day as Jose the service manager promised, very happy with their service and will use them for future service, I highly recommend them!!!!
I use Lowen A/C for my home and at my work. Their customer service is great and they are very professional. Definitely would recommend them Phil, the new owner, is great to work with!!

Lowen Air Conditioning had just completed my annual maintenance. They returned 2 weeks later to replace 2 UV lights in the furnace that need to be replaced every 2 years. The technician (Michael) was so thorough, he rechecked everything and adjusted the fan speed and the heating elements besides just replacing the UV lights. The service tech went out of his way to make sure everything was working properly before he left. 5 Stars for Lowen Air Conditioning.
New fan was needed. They took it outside to replace the part as they said it would be messy in the house. Very professional and also very polite.

From the owner who helped navigate our HOA rules to get permission, to Jose, the installation manager, to Jorge, the installer, we had a great experience. Problems were solved and the office staff were very helpful in the process. This is the second installation done by Lowen at our residence and we always have a good experience with them.
This is the finest HVAC company I have experienced. The level of service, competence and caring of service personnel and ownership is exceptional! I could not be more pleased with this company. First class professionalism, service and care over several years!!!

I cannot be happier with an A/C Company than I am with Lowen A/C Company. Having been a customer with Lowen for a number of years, I was not happy that Mr Lowen was selling and our technician was leaving as well. The new owner and company have removed my fears and have stepped up their game as well. From Phil the Owner, to Tiffany the “go to person” when one has a problem, and Mike the “new” technician are all GREAT! I know it’s a run on sentence but I wanted to mention the individuals who take care of my unit. What was a very confusing situation was rectified in a most beneficial and Professional manner. If you need to look at a company who “gets it!” Look no further. They have been terrific in all areas. Thank you Phi and Lowen A/C Company.
We had a wonderful experience with Lowen. From the very beginning when we were having AC companies come to give quotes, Phil, the owner of Lowen, was by far the most thorough and dedicated. We had a new AC unit installed, new duct work done, an added vents. The job was done beautifully and we have excellent air flow and are staying nice and cool. Phil was also very communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend.
I'm so grateful I found Lowen Air when I needed a new HVAC system in my home. I've had other companies that would say they were coming and then not show up or not have the necessary equipment when they arrived. Lowen always came on time with the proper equipment and technicians who explained what they were doing and why. Romero was amazing and compassionate, taking only one day to install the entire system when we were really hot. They were all very courteous efficient, prompt and professional. Lowen Air deserves more than 5 stars!!! .
Professional and fast service when our unit failed in the summer heat. They found a new Trane (preferred brand) in the midst of Supply Chain challenges, and installed right away. Thanks!
If you have an evaporator coil leak please call a different company, many (not all) can be fixed, trust me there are companies that will instead of replacing an entire unit. I have personally seen them condemn a unit because it's old (9 years) because they rather sell a new one instead of fixing a part to keep the customer's house cold. Please get more than one quote if calling this company. This review is from an actual honest and reliable former employee.
Lowen AC has absolutely professional with installing a new AC at my house. I also use them for yearly maintenance. They always let me know the condition of my ACs after inspecting in a timely manner. Tiffany has been blessing to work with.
I called Lowen on a Friday after hours and got the call center. Within 10 minutes Michael the technician called me back and we arranged an appointment for Saturday to have our air conditioner repaired. This was after waiting seven hours during the day on the first company I called to have them give me an outrageous quote trying to rip me a new one. These guys were honest, dependable, and straight shooters. I would highly recommend Lowens To anyone in the area. Do not hesitate, please call these guys immediately for your air conditioning needs
I called Loen to find out why my mother's air conditioning was not working. The house was hot as a ghost pepper and I had just driven down from Tallahassee to clean up the house for sale. Loen dispatched a technician the same day, and replaced the thermostat batteries to get things cooling again. Carlos was well trained, efficient, and professional. He quickly found, diagnosed and corrected the problem. Thank God for their immediate help. Quality air conditioning products, fast, efficient, and professional customer service. I had a new system installed by Lowen Air Conditioning and I couldn't be happier. The staff is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The installers took the time to explain the functionality of the system and the thermostat. Their customer service is AMAZING!! I definitely recommend Lowen Air Conditioning.
I have used a number of HVAC companies in the past but this was my first time using Lowen AC and I could not be happier! They came out on time and as scheduled, offered excellent advise, resolved the issue and all around they could not have done any more! Great, honest service - will be my 'go to' AC company from now on :)
