Ac broke down after 2 years. We waited two days for the parts and then they sent the wrong parts. Now we are without ac throughout all of hurricane Dorian. Worst customer service ever. I will never buy Lennox again.

Awesome dudes, fantastic customer service, their tool selection and prices could be better.. But they will work with you on price some on them. That said, they will go to hell and back to stand behind their products and help with issues with parts, warranties, etc. Which is nearly impossible to find these days.
