Vinny was great. I called in a panic after discovering a major leak from my two year old unit and he came down right away. He took his time diagnosing the issue and explaining it to me, since I was so confused. In addition to performing repairs, he flushed the drain line, adjusted all my vents, and hid some exposed wires on the outside unit. I'm so grateful and will definitely be using him for ongoing maintenance.
VInny did a great job of evaluating the situation and providing information about what was going on. He kept us fully aware of the issue and gave very useful guidance as to how to address the issue so that it is less likely to recur. Very pleasant and relatable too. Highly recommended.
Very honest and professional...he didn't leave til about 7:30pm, even gave me knowledge of things I was doing wrong with my A/C, to top it off he calls you after to make sure everything is going good....

I have been using the same a/c company for years and kept having the same problem over and over so I tried Innovative Air Continuing and got fast and efficient service. Vinny was very thorough and explained the problem in terms I could understand. He replaced my thermostat and cleaned my unit. He called the next day to check to make sure everything was working right. I would highly recommend him.
Vinny the owner of Innovative A/C came over right away and did an excellent job. We thought the unit needed freon, but he went upstairs to the air handler, 3.5 ton unit and looked at the fan, and it was caked on 15 years of dirt. He is coming back tomorrow to remove the fan and put solvent on it outside and wash it out. He said that is the reason the unit is freezing up. He is honest and has 51 years experience and is rates are very rrasonable. I will use Innovative A/C for all our A/C needs. He is the straight shooter you want. Others will play games.
