I have been using Flamingo Air and Heat for about 3 years. My most recent service was a split-system changeout. Jon and the other technician were amazing. I was concerned because our air handler is upstairs. Nothing was damaged. They cleaned as they worked. I was dealing with the owner for 3 months prior to signing an estimate and securing services for the replacement. He was knowledgeable, understanding and provided me with the information that I needed to make a decision. He never lost patience with my questions and never rushed me to choose his company. The times that I called for service in the past were equally pleasant. All of he technicians are knowledgeable, professional and do the job correct the first time. Chose Flamingo for your HVAC needs you won't regret it!

The came to our office and later on walk away with smile and said bye we waiting all day long .later find out they dont agree with price not fear they should explain to us what was going on

I am very pleased with Flamingo Air & Heat in every way. I have a service contract with another company, who serviced my unit just 5 months ago (at least they say they did). Well, I called them last evening & left a message telling them I had no air conditioning…..no call back from them this morning. I called a friend last night who recommended Flamingo & they got it touch with me last evening & said they would be out this AM & take care of me ASAP & they did & now the air con is working. The service man found very dirty & badly clogged lines & the panel had never been removed, which shows & is proof that ECM didn’t service the unit as they were to do & were paid to do. ECM sure is a big disappointment & they put the unit in & have been the only company to service it. From now on I will definitely use Flaming. Super happy with Andy. He was the only contractor to return my call on a weekend, and he arrived promptly. All business and an honest man, he didn’t overcharge and took the time to educate me on my AC unit. Highly recommend him and he will be my go-to in the future!
Since I moved here in 1983, the only a/c company that I have found to be worthwhile to do business with is Flamingo. I've been using Flamingo for about 3 years and I've posted 5 star reviews for them two or three times before. They've installed a new Mitsubishi mini-split; worked around a non-functioning thermostat on an older unit (in other words, got the system to work better than it did previously at a very reasonable cost); and helped me out with over-the-phone questions (including one this evening that got my a/c running without a service call). Andy, the owner, is open to talking on the phone and answering questions (most places it is impossible to get past a receptionist).
I'm not one to leave reviews, but I believe the service I received warrants one. We know and expect that things run a lot slower since COVID. I've heard nightmare stories of people being without an air conditioner for months while they wait on parts/new units. Somehow, Flamingo has figured this whole thing out. They returned our call promptly, sending someone out in the rain that day to check things out. Once it was determined we needed a new unit, we had one installed WITHIN THE WEEK. I've rarely experienced such service before the pandemic, but service like this during one-- this is truly exceptional!!!
