Zack made our situation go from bad to excellent! We ordered supply vents online and ordered all the wrong sizes and when they arrived, they were damaged! None of that was Zach’s fault but between him and the regional manager we left there with exactly what we needed and smiles on our faces! Excellent customer service experience!
