I've been looking for a good reliable air conditioning company that's honest and I finally found with this company to service my AC unit in Lake Worth had a routine maintenance done today Robert was the technician that came out showed up exactly in the window that they gave me and called to let me know he was on his way he was very professional and friendly and didn't cut any Corners when doing the maintenance service like some other companies in the past they were in and out in 5 minutes and basically did nothing
Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ewing. From 'JR' to the field technicians, they are prompt, courteous, professional (and clean). What's more they are reasonably priced. Hard to imagine better customer service. A special 'shout-out' to Chris. Ewing will be taking care of all my HVAC needs for the foreseeable future.
I have to give a shout out to Luke who came over at 9:30 pm on Christmas Eve to repair our heating system. Normally the heat isn't a big deal, but with temps dropping into the 40's this weekend we were very thankful that he went above and beyond the call of duty to get us warmed up!
Wish they had specials especially for this time of year since it's the off season. But they do do a good job.
I had a very good experience with this company came on time did a great job. They left the house clean like they weren't even at my home.
I had a fantastic experience getting my new A/C installed. From the initial consultation, I knew this company was knowledgeable and not trying to scare or upsell me. They weren't the cheapest, but I felt confident they would get it done right. A week later, the man who did my wind mit (who is also HVAC certified) gave the installation high praise and asked me who did it. Ewing & Ewing also had a custom permanent filter made for my air intake, since my previous A/C did not have a standard opening. I couldn't be more pleased.
Owner , JR Very pleasant and explained fees before sending tech. My tech Luke was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and listened to what I had to say. They offered me a maintenance plan which I turned down at this. Called at 7:55 am were here by 3:50 pm same day. Was fixed by 4:40 pm. Greatly appreciated the service and professionalism of all. I will definitely use their service again, highly recommend. Thank you
Great company. Very honest, reliable and fair pricing. They came out to do a service on my A/C unit. Robert who was amazing explained everything to me and showed me where there was a coil leak. They’re coming back out to do the repair for me. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know. Hard to find good honest companies these days but speaking from experience Ewing & Ewing is one you can trust. 10/10
I'm so happy I found Ewing & Ewing today! My prior contractor was closed Sundays, and another one that was recommended was also closed Sundays, so my third attempt was Ewing & Ewing who came today (Sunday) a couple of hours after I called. A very nice gentleman named Chris fixed the problem in no time. They have an excellent annual service contract at a very reasonable price, so I couldn't pass it up. I look forward to working with them again. They have gained my trust and confidence today. They are honest and professional, and a breath of fresh air in an industry where a lot of shadiness goes on.

Ewing staff performed a semi-annual service on our system, which they installed two years ago. The technician was prompt And professional in all respects. He discovered a minute leak at a copper fitting, and arranged to have it repaired at no cost. Have used Ewing services on two houses, and have found them to be reliable , technically proficient and remarkably economical in all encounters. We recommend them without reservation.

On a recent Saturday, my air conditioner stopped working. Called Ewing around 2PM and by 4PM their technician had addressed the problem and the unit was up and running again. Great Service!
At first it was frustrating, because even though I'd told them to bring a long ladder for my condo roof, the first young guy they sent did not. But, at least it was a same day appointment. Later that day the second young guy brought a big enough ladder, but it was starting to rain and chance of lightening. So, when they sent out the "brass", the next morning they fixed my A/C pronto. They know I'm not ready to replace the older A/C and went above and beyond to keep it running. I'd call them again. I've used two other A/C companies and would never call anyone back except Ewing.
Had my first service appointment with Ewing & Ewing today (for my very old and dirty AC unit) and their technician Luke arrived and did a careful, thorough cleaning and "tune up" with no up sell - am very happy to have found Ewing & Ewing (and Luke!), will continue with them for service and for AC replacement when that time comes - highly recommend!
We have used Ewing and Ewing for years and they have never disappointed us. They always find a way to fix the AC so that we are comfortable until a permanent fix can be done. They will persistently come out until the issue is completely resolved and we appreciate that! They come as soon as we call. We are members of their Cool Club. All of the techs are awesome! We know most of the techs by name! Thank you for everything you have done for us. I have peace of mind knowing Ewing is just a phone call away!

Professional and very nice additionally. They take pride in their work and are very consumer oriented . They want you to be satisfied and work hard at it . Follow up is also great. i recommend these people and this company highly.
Since switching over to Ewing & Ewing 5 years ago, I have been satisfied with the service and people. Their honesty is a welcome experience. Their customer service is excellent and their pricing is fair and reasonable.
EWING & Ewing is impressive. They installed a new AC system for us approximately 6 months ago. They didn't have the lowest price but we used them because my girlfriend used them in her previous home and had good experiences. So far our experience this time had been outstanding. When we call them they know who we are and exactly what they have done for us. They call back when promised and genuinely sound like they care about our satisfaction. The owner JR is easy to reach and personally delivers the same level of customer service he expects from his staff. In today's business environment they are a breath of fresh (and cool) air.
