They put in a new air conditioner it only lasted 3 yearsI paid $5,000And their worker toldMetsThey showed me a machine that was 20 years oldPlay said they were going to fix it but they never did. Company is completely oblivious to how air conditioning companies should be ran. They go around covering up other a/c company stickers with their own to scam customers into thinking they installed what they already have so they can scam you with their maintenance plan. The maintenance plan they overcharge you for parts and labor that normally would've came FREE with the manufacturers warranty parts and labor. Do yourselves a favor and do not spend a cent on this company. They do everything they can to screw the customer.
We had an A/C issue and we called Cooling Advisors and Sean T. came out and was absolutely very professional and made us feel very comfortable. He answered all our questions and made it run more smooth. We will certainly recommend cooling advisors again and Sean T again!
Awesome experience with Sean! He was fast, explained everything and gave us options. There was no pressure to buy and he even went through everything a second time with my husband. Great service and we will continue to use them in the future!
I purchased my new a/c unit Jan 2022. Yesterday I observed that something wasn’t working right, the house wasn’t getting cold. I called and they had an appointment available the same day which was great. Come to find out that the motor on the fan broke. Luckily it was still under warranty but I had to pay for the labor. Close to $700 for a job that was completed in less than 30 min. How can you charge that much money for a job that only took like 30 min. This is outrageous. Just imaging if every company in different sectors would charge that much! Very frustrated and disappointed as a brand new unit shouldn’t have any issue whatsoever and paid way too much for labor.
Sean T, technician for Cooling Advisors was excellent. Sean diagnosed the problem immediately and clearly explained what was required to repair our AC. He also discussed financing options for when we're ready to replace our 15 year AC unit. Thank you Sean! Your professional advise and workmanship is appreciated.
The 4 gentleman that came to install the new AC were awesome. You never knew they were here. When initially speaking to them, kind courteous and professional. The supervisor however, I was put off, while I was working in my office he took upon himself to just walk in my front door of my house and completely took me by surprise. I was not impressed, then he just sits himself down on my couch without invitation. I was very put off by him. I think his name was robert The installers were amazing I couldn't be more pleased. Would I recommend yes!
I was having problems with my AC and Cooling Advisors sent Sean to my condo within 1.5 hours. He was very professional and courteous and answered all my questions while patiently explaining my options.

Michael was fantastic! Very nice, quick and even removed a huge dead snake from my outdoor unit 😳 So glad I signed up for their cooling club for routine maintenance. Updated: 9/23 Sean T came out to help get my AC back up and running he was thorough in his explanation and quick with getting it fixed! 5stars all around! Updated: 6/27 Sean T was quick fast and efficient! Got my AC to stop dripping and recommended a bacterial strip! Cooling advisors is the best!

Gabe showed up right on time and proceeded to work on the A/C. He explained what had to be done, and answered my questions in layman's terms and was patient and very professional when answering all my questions. I will definitely recommend Cooling Advisors to my neighbors!
All the reviews line up with the service I had performed. They came right out, diagnosed my AC problem, recommended a course of action, went over options for a new AC, and performed a flawless timely install. They are a bit higher in price than other companies that are out there, but you truly get what you pay for. I will not hesitate to use them again. I'm editing my review to include how Gabe came out to do a tune up on our new system today. Gabe came over and spent time looking through the system and taking pictures. He then explained to me how everything is working. After using second rate comapnies for my AC the last few years, Cooling Advisors will be my go to company for all of my AC needs from here on out. I’m editing my review again to say my other AC needed to be replaced and somehow the second experience was even better than the first. The best!
UPDATE!!!!! We got a second opinion on our AC problem and we were informed that Sean actually damaged our AC unit outside, a wire was cut that did not need to be cut! Sean was telling us we need a new AC because almost everything was bad on our AC, but in actuality the other AC company said that was not the case and got our AC working within an hour! This is very sad because Sean seemed very respectful, helpful and nice so we did not expect him to actually do something like that!

We bought a new system for our house and from day one they were nothing but exceptional. Sean was the rep who went to the house and gave us the quote. He took the time to inspect everything to assure we get the right equipment and answer all of our questions. Since we are remodeling our home, they remove the unit prior to the installation to allow the work to be done. Kenny and Alex showed up on time and got the job done. We had a really bad experience with the previous company, but Cooling Advisors gave us peace of mind that the job will be done the right way. Will recommend 10/10.
This is the second year, Gabe has returned to do my AC system maintenance. He has been professional friendly, and great to interact with. Today when he made the service call, it was raining and he was respectful of our property by putting on cover booties so not to drag dirt and water into our home. I appreciated that.
the guys that did the work were so nice and friendly and worked so quickly I couldn't believe how fast they did the install and I can't say enough how everyone doing my install were some of the nicest people I've ever hired 6 months later they came out to do a 6 month check-up on my system ( still working perfectly) for free part of the install the guy showed up Early never had an A/C company do that He completely looked at ever part and was the nicest and I will have him back in 6 months for my next check- up this is a company you can really trust
