I would never use any other A/C company! Always responds quickly (even on the weekend) and provides great advice and service, often at no fee. Whether you have a small repair or need a new system, Tim is the most honest and reputable person I know.

Tim and his crew are the absolute best. We have been using him for several years. We started when another company gave us an insane quote, stating we needed a new unit. Called Tim for his opinion and he was able to fix our unit for a VERY REASONABLE price. Love this company!

My husband has written a review from his Google account and since you cant write multiple reviews, I am writing this review from my account. Tim (Ashurst AC) is just beyond unbelievable. We contacted him because my daughter had an AC unit installed by some other company before asking us who she should have used. The installation was done about 5 months ago and it stopped working today. With 2 babies, she was frantic and asked us what she should do and it was an easy answer, call Tim. Call Ashurst because there is NO OTHER AC COMPANY like it. Tim provides amazing support, does OUTSTANDING work and if anyone would even consider using some other AC company your just hurting yourself. He is knowledgeable; he is fair; he is RESPONSIVE and cares for his customers. He has contacts, such as electricians that he is able to contact and provide support. I told Tim that he should show other AC companies how to manage a business, how to excel and provide not good customer care, but OUTSTANDING customer care. Besides all this, he is a really nice guy. Dont be foolish use Tim and his company Ashurst AC for your needs or you just hurting yourself.
I called Ashurst Air conditioning around 7:00pm and left a message. Not more than a minute later I got a call back from a very nice lady. She walked me through some troubleshooting steps (that was amazing). She said Tim would text me later as he did and said he would be here at 9:00 a.m the next morning. Tim was here at 9:00am. My outside unit had a blown capacitor. Tim was great. He was professional. Explained everything to me and answer all my questions. I'm old school.... Felt like I've been one of his customers for years. I wouldn't think about calling anybody else but Ashurst Air Conditioning. Thank you!!!!!!!!

I called Tim because he came highly recommended, he tried to save me money by trying to diagnose the issue over the phone. This was on a Sunday morning. He then came out and diagnosed my issue and it was a big problem. He had me up and running in 24 hrs. He is professional and courteous but also gets right to the job and the point. I would recommend him everytime. Thank you Tim.
Hands down one of the best decisions we made was calling Tim. He is professional, punctual and 150% honest. We called him to get a second opinion from EMC and thank God we did! Tim was able to quickly diagnose our issue ( which was not at all what EMC was telling us was wrong ) and fix it on the spot and save us hundreds of dollars. My only issue is that I waited to long to call him lol. Do yourself a favor and call Tim with Ashurst Air Conditioning!! You will not be sorry!
This is an updated post as an add on to what i had originally wrote. I have moved to another house and been living here for 6 months. The AC was 17 years old and although it worked i wanted to replace the 3 ton and 5 ton unit. As a wise consumer i shopped around, knowing that i really wanted Tim to do the work. Tim was as reasonable as the other quotes and it was a no brainer for me. Tim and his guys are just really great. Tim is honest and hard working an AC guy that you can actually trust. There was some minor issue with the drip pan on my new American Standard unit and that did not sit well with Tim and he went back to the distributor and held them accountable and got a new drip pan. Seems minor but just goes to his integrity, attention to detail and wanting always to do a quality job making his client happy. Additionally, what was awesome was that Tim was in constant communication, giving me calls and letting me know the status of the equipment delivery and installation. Where do you get that kind of follow up? If you use another AC company your nuts - use Tim/Ashurst Air. Thanks again Tim for awesome job I had looked at 4 companies and Tim's was a name given to me by my neighbor. He said he did great work at reasonable prices. After getting quotes and speaking to the 4 companies, Tim was the most reasonable and his approach and demeanor was really great. 5 ton Rheem installed and just as Tim said is quite and is very efficient. On top of which Tim was very honest with me, since i had a UV light that no longer worked. I asked him for a price to replace and he asked if we had any allergies and when i said no, he told me not to waste my money, i didnt need a UV light.
Highly recommend this company! The owner Tim is so nice, they did an amazing job! I can't speak any more highly of this company! Would recommend them to all my family and friends.
Called Tim because my house was getting super hot in the afternoons. Called around 6 pm, he came out the next morning. It turned out we just needed a good coil cleaning. He taught my husband how to do it so we could keep up with it ourselves. He also gave us tips for keeping things cool. No trying to sell unnecessary parts or scheming to get more money from us like some other places have done. He was honest and thorough. I would highly recommend.
It doesn’t get any better than Tim. I interviewed 5 companies before choosing Tim to replace my air conditioner. His experience and knowledge is invaluable. I have two AC units and not only did he replace one unit he also fixed all the imperfections of the other units install that a different local company did, without charging me!! I can’t recommend Tim enough, I’m truly very satisfied with the quality of work.
Small outfit Great service
Tim was recommended by my neighbor. He's by far the best guy that I've come across in air conditioning. Highly competent at diagnosing the problem and giving you the most cost effective options. He's not trying to sell you a new air conditioning system or rip you off with unnecessary maintenance contracts that all the big guys try to do.
