I was very pleased to find this company; must people, including myself have no one to recommend to others because of bad experiences. Throughout each stage of my contact with them they were responsive, efficient, polite and professional. The estimate they gave me was extremely reasonable especially compared to others I'd gotten. Walter arrived and carefully explained each step he be taking to address my issue. Unfortunately I had mold growing on my coils. Luckily though he was able to clean them. He also checked on the entire system to be sure it was in good working order. The unit was installed on 2013 but unlike the way others work Walter didn't try to yodel me on a new unit, he told me to keep using it until it wouldn't work. I appreciated that attitude. He was a very pleasant individual and I found him a pleasure to talk to. He works hard and is very neat and efficient. I would not only heartily recommend this company to anyone, I am also having them return to add a UV light; I have one on my unit in Coral Springs and want one at this condo. Walter never pushed for the addition, it's my idea.

Air Tech mechanical is absolutely spectacular the level of awesome is unparalleled. We have called around getting estimates and trying to work through plans for a major project (new guest house) and ONLY Air tech mechanical had the knowledge, patience, and expertise to work through the project with our engineer. The timing was crazy since our main A/C went down as we were coordinating with them and the owner came by, fixed it right up in a few minutes, and took the time to give us a play by play of our project on site. An amazing tradesman and professional.
Great experience! Saved us from staying in a hotel. Walter and Joe were transparent about everything from the initial phone call and throughout the repair. By far the best HVAC service we’ve had and the only one we will use from now on.

First visit for our semiannual maintenance. Walter spent over 2 hours on our 2-unit system, found and replaced a weak capacitor. Answered every question I asked. Very clearly know his stuff. We will absolutely continue to use and recommend Air-Tech Mechanical!
I cannot say enough about how professional and responsible this company is. I have been a customer for a year now - since I moved into my new townhouse and my a/c unit was not properly maintained - They are quick to respond and come out to fix your problem in a courteous and professional manner - they take the time to explain things thoroughly and patiently. I have only words of praise for Air-Tech Mechanical and its owner Walter. First time I called Walter, a few months ago, my AC wasn’t working well, and I had already had two AC companies come out and recommend a new AC system installation; they said there was nothing that could be done to prolong the life of the existing AC unit. Walter came out literally within an hour,, took a look at the unit, touched the lines, and diagnosed the AC with dirty coils. He went outside and wash the coils with a hose, and the AC started to work! He charged me only $100 while other companies were going to have me incur a 5,000 - dollar cost. A few days ago, my AC system stopped working because it was, believe it or not, 38 years old. Walter gave me a good deal on a new unit and had it installed with his technicians in a matter of hours today. I highly recommend Air-Tech Mechanical and Walter.
