I’m very satisfied with work that was done on my AC. Technician Iggy did a great job fixing the problem and explaining it. Carlos is very nice and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs help with AC. There is a very good system in place to communicate with clients via text, phone or email.
Not all heroes wear capes. However, some of them definitely wear blue . It's these guys , fix the A/C Lickety swift & affordable priced! I'm telling you, call em boys when you need that cold air !
Charged for an A/C tune up that I did not ask far, over charged for refrigerant. Double what I was charged by another company.
100% recommended!!! I called A/C super hero on a Saturday at noon, they arrived at 2pm, provisionally fixed the air conditioner and the following Monday I already had a new air conditioner installed and cooling! Definitely an excellent service! Extremely professional, communicative and fast service! A one in a million company! THANK YOU!

Had an emergency situation I called Jonathan responded within an hour on a Friday evening. He found and fixed the problem quite fast. The temperature was in the upper 90’s and I was thankful I didn’t have to go without air conditioning over the weekend. Guys were great
Our technician, Iggy, went above and beyond what was expected. He was able to find and fix the problem with our ac and gave ideas that we could do to make our system work better.
Air Superhero it's an excellent company. Highly recommended. They do quality work. They always show up and If they're going to be late they let you know beforehand. When they fix something they do it right the first time. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time with anybody else we only deal with air superhero.
Fantastic company. They installed a unit 2 years and it had a failure. Emilio and Jonathan were the techs that responded. They were tidy, organized and communicative. There was a leak and it was all covered under warranty. Highly recommend this reputable company.

My wife and I had used a local A/C company with good relations for sometime. Recently one of our mini split A/C's developed a coolant leak and with that our relationship soured. We were informed that (after $500 of added refrigerant) that they wouldn't repair or service the A/C because (Pioneer) was an off brand, they didn't sell them, and parts were hard to get, blah, blah. But, they would happily install a completely new A/C system in its place!! I contacted Pioneer (who has excellent support), located the needed replacement part and asked if they could recommend a firm to replace it. They gave me Superhero's number. I called and Carlos returned my call within 5 min. He ordered the part from Pioneer and we scheduled an installation, which, it turned out would be a day earlier in the week than previously planned. Emilio and Jonathan (technicians) arrived a day early to install and repair the necessary parts. Both were pleasant, professional, and conducted their work with efficiency and diligence. Our experience was an excellent one from start to finish and we have found a new company for all of our service needs. Jeff and Violet Blakely
We were extremely happy with the service, experience, punctuality, truthfulness and pricing with Air Superhero. Carlos was great to work with. His honesty and professionalism is a welcomed business practice. He will be the first one we will call with any future issues we may have with our system. Carlos is always super fast and flexible! He put in a new unit in Aug 2022 and everything was great. I had an issue last week and Carlos came and took care of it fast and didnt charge me fot the call. Carlos and all his techs are always professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He is a man of his word and always makes the sure the job is done correct.

Called several ac companies in the west palm beach area, some don’t even service mini splits, and others were just not very helpful or responsive. Carlos, the owner, called me and spoke with me for several minutes to get an understanding of my issue. His techs came out quickly and within the specified time frame. They diagnosed and fixed my issue and were very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be a repeat customer.
