I've depended upon Smart Choice for two years. The repair person has been prompt and resolved the problem concerning a frequently obstructed toilet. There are no negative comments. I will continue top rely upon Smart Choice.
This is my 2nd year have an AC contract. Jerry comes every 6 months for AC maintenance. I trust him and I know he does a through job! I am so glad I found this company!
Outstanding customer service and reliability. If you need plumbing services definitely call them. Fair prices and great craftsmanship! It's tough to find good people so I'm glad I met Jerry who was a pleasure to work with.

LEAK DETECTION IS A SCAM. I paid $239 for “leak research” because my water bill had gone up to $285/mo. They came out, told me “there’s no leak, call the city and have them recalibrate your meter”. I did this. Water bill continued to rise to $310/mo. I called another plumber who detected the leak in about 10 minutes. I told this to Smart Choice and requested at least a partial refund since they clearly didn’t do the job they were paid for, and (unsurprisingly) no one has gotten back to me. So save your money for someone competent if you think you have a leak.

We ordered our desired toilet online straight to our home. We called Smart Choice and connected with Jerry. He was available the very next day to come to our home and install the toilet at a very reasonable price. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way prior to the scheduled time window. The job was neatly done within 30 minutes or less. They were courteous and very respectful of our home and family. I highly recommend them for others.
Smart Choice did a great job on a particularly difficult drain clog. They came out immediately and were courteous and professional. I always seek out local businesses instead of national chains - and I would highly recommend Smart Choice if you are in their service area.
Jerry was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified the problem quickly and was able to resolve the issue in the agreed upon time frame. The agreed upon price was very fair and he left the workplace very clean. I will definitely contact Smart Choice first if i ever have another problem.
I had been looking for a trustworthy professional Plumber that has knowlidgability, has good customer service skills ect. My wife called Smart Choice Plumbing and Air Conditioning . We have a lot of Plumbing needs in our home as we are renovating. My wife and I were greatly amazed as Jerry fit everything we were looking for !! Jerry is a knowledgable, professional, curtious,clean efficient Plumber !! And that's an understatement! He installed a toilet in our Master bathroom, Installed guest bathroom and Master bathroom faucets and a new sink and motion sensor faucet to perfection !! He has hands of Gold. We have him coming back to install a guest bathroom toilet, a Garbage Disposal, A water line to the Refrigerator for the ice maker. We also have a smart wifi Honneywell Thermistat for the Air conditioning we want him to install. I would recommend him to anyone with no hesitation. He was reasonable in price and nothing he cant do regarding our plumbing issues. So customer service friendly and punctual we are extremely satisfied and glad we found Smart Choice Plumbing and Air conditioning we will use him for all our Plumbing needs and Air conditioning needs. Cant say enough about Jerry !!! 10 star rating !!!!
