Feel like they are looking out for my best interest and doing their best to keep me happy. The service is always done in a timely manner and I never have to worry about it not being done correctly or quickly enough.

Have no hesitation in recommending Pinnacle Commercial Heating & Air, a local and super reliable company. On several instances they have come to our rescue, always professional, efficient and reasonable. Their staff, both on the help desk and their engineers are all top quality. Great company.
Pinnacle Commercial Heating & Air were very professional, organized, polite and great workers. They cleaned the area of the apt before they left. I appreciated it a lot. I also thank the sales representative, informing me about the A/C needed as well as the total estimate of the job and equipment. He was very professional and helpful.
Our AC always struggled to keep our house cool, but I only called Pinnacle Commercial Heating & Air after a horrendously high electrical bill. Brian seemed very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. Apparently the last company to service our machine did not add enough refrigerant. It's been about half a week since Brian fixed the AC and it has never worked as well. I plan on calling them for preventative maintenance before next summer.
One of the best customer service experiences I've ever received. From start to finish they were great people. Scheduling was quick and easy, Brian the technician showed up promptly. Can't say enough about Brian. Super knowledgeable, made sure I understood all aspects of my furnace/humidifier and tuned up my system for a reasonable price. I will be a lifelong customer thanks to this initial service.
I was pleased with Brian’s work last week. I had earlier on contacted another company for the repair of my furnace and I was advised that the only solution is getting a new one. At that time I didn’t have enough money to get me another one and I desperately needed the furnace to be working. As I shared my sentiments with my neighbor, she referred me to Pinnacle Commercial Heating & Air who sorted her out with her old furnace. Coincidentally she had a similar issue and they repaired the furnace instead of purchasing another. I went ahead and contacted them for the services, Brian came and sorted me out. I have had no issues with my furnace again and am grateful for their wonderful services.
These guys are fantastic. It was my first time using them and I found them to be fantastic. They answer questions. They are straightforward in their delivery and were on spot on with all the work we called them to do Happy with the service.
I just had my first experience with Pinnacle Commercial Heating & Air. Brian arrived right on time and spent hours, as I had anticipated, doing all of his work. At the conclusion of his visit, Brian gave me a complete summary of my system’s health and some suggestions for minimizing HVAC usage, especially in the hot months ahead. Brian was excellent and I am hoping he will be back to perform my routine maintenance in the fall.
