Hands down - BEST AC COMPANY WE'VE DEALT WITH. Ricardo came on time and gave us an honest opinion. He has integrity and does not pressure you to do anything. As someone who has dealt with two other AC companies...big companies...this was such a pleasant experience. I have found those "high pressure sales tactics" each time I dealt with the other two companies, but Ricardo was a breath of fresh air! Give him a try!
Victor HVAC service is excellent. Always willing to go the extra mile. He takes the extra time to explain any of my concerns. He even provide tips on how to maintain a healthy AC unit. Will recommend to other and call him with a y of my AC concerns.

Ricardo with Victor Air Conditioning & Heating installed a new AC for us. He is a very professional, efficient and honest man. Those are qualities that are hard to find these days. Which is why we will always do business with him. And we will have no hesitations to refer him to everyone!!!
I started having issues with my AC not cooling the house. I call very early in the morning and spoke with Ricardo. I told him the issue and even though he was very busy he still came by because it sounded like a quick fix to him (needed freon). He walked me through everything he did and explained everything to me. He even found a slow leak in the coil that he showed me and was able to come by the next day to repair that. He even called me later that evening to make sure everything was going well. Im very satisfied with this company and will be calling them if I ever need AC repairs again.
Ricardo was fantastic, showed up early and took care of the clog right away. I will be calling Ricardo whenever I have an AC issue.
Wow just wow! The level of care Ricardo and his team have shown us has been unreal. Anything from coming on a holiday to look at our system, to getting a new A/C unit installed within a couple of days, and now a service call at 9:30 at night due to a leak we had. We can’t thank Ricardo enough and would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Keep in perspective, we had another A/C person here not even a couple months ago to “flush” the lines, well let’s just say they didn’t and thankfully Ricardo was able to help us during our time in need! Backing his work with a 6 month guarantee, gives you the peace of mind they’ll do the job and do it right the first time.
My AC went out over a week ago and I was waiting on a friend to “fix it” well, we all know how that worked out-it didn’t! So I was fortunate to come across Victors AC. The entire process was SO smooth & easy. The estimate was done, financing & scheduling all within an hour from my living room. Ricardo & his team were SO dynamic & professional it actually brought me comfort & pride in hiring this company. But, the BEST quality of all 3 workers, they are all dog friendly as I have a non stop anxiety ridden barking dog and they just showed him so much love an attention & understood the barking. That’s what made me write such a detailed review. Oh and every time they go in & out of your house they put on shoe covers to not track dirt in your home-OUTSTANDING! I hope this helps any other home owner is choosing an excellent AC repair company! Thank you to all 3 men that were here from 5pm to 830pm me, the dogs & the cat all appreciate it-Ruth M.

Ricardo came out to move my outdoor unit from one side of the house to the other side. First off we chose him because of his responsiveness and his reasonable pricing. They were very professional and did exactly what they set out to do and more. Very good quality work and appreciated their cleanliness. Had them clean system while they were here. And check my system. Very honest. Will definitely be using them again and referring them to friends and family.
He is very prompt and professional. He replaced the blower motor and it is working perfectly. And at a good price.

I called at 7:30 p m. Ricardo was at my house within a few minutes, diagnosed the problem and gave a very fair price to repair it. He was very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an air conditioning service or repair.
