They came the same day that our ac went out. In this florida heat it got up to 85 degrees in our house. They were here and gone in under an hour and now we are enjoying the cool air again. I highly recommend them 😃
The two guys who performed AC work were willing to explain things to me and seemed competent at their jobs. They were easy to work with. Between the two of them they diagnosed and fixed the issue after an initial incorrect diagnosis of being low on refrigerant. So I got some free refrigerant which was nice of them. The people I worked with followed up with me and were very polite and professional. They were on top of their tasks and followed through with what they said they would do. I recommend them for your AC work if you can’t do it yourself.

I needed to replace my AC unit in my condo. I was referred to Xpress Quality Services. Joel called me that day. They where able to find a unit and had it installed two days later. WOW!!! seriously, use Joel and his team! They have far exceeded my expectations. I am a property manager and have a little over 60 properties in the Tampa / St Pete area. I have use several HVAC Companies to service my properties so I am used to the process. I recently started using this company and every service call has been met with professionalism & knowledgeable technicians. We are normally under a pretty tight timeline to make sure guest are satisfied and they work diligently to handle my calls with same day service.
