We lucked out with Ken living nearby. Our AC went out at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon, Ken agreed to come by an was at our house within the hour! He kept us informed while he diagnosed the problem and ultimately was able to get it back up and running without any major repair. Ken made a few recommendations for service in the future to help the system run better and had everything running great within an hour and even put the service call charge towards the cost of the repair. We’ll definitely use him in the future. Thanks!

I had an awesome experience with this company. Ken showed up within 45 minutes of placing the call to get help fixing my AC, not only that when Ken showed up he was very polite and respectful to me and my property, figured out the issue with AC really quick and came back to give me options on what I need to do, didn’t feel like he was trying to pressure me like how all other companies do these days. My AC is old and needs to be replaced but I couldn’t make that happen so he help choose what’s best to get the problem taken care of and have my AC working same day. This is the only company I’ll be replacing my AC with when I’m able to. He seemed to be honest and reliable. I would definitely recommend Air Conditioning Done Right to everyone I know for that good experience. Thank you for your service.

This company was the second quote I got. Well, thank god I did because he was such an honest person and saved me buying a whole new unit at this moment! I was gonna buy a completely new one because thats what the first company told me I had to do, but this company was able to fix it and buy me some time with my current unit. I will definitely be using them once my current ac unit completely breaks down.
