Pedro was on time, very helpful in answering questions about our HVAC, and serviced them well. He was friendly and explained things clearly so we understood what was being done and tips for maintenance. Great service and when we have our 6 month checkups we’ll be requesting Pedro specifically!
Pedro was right on time for my service appointment. He took care to do all he was supposed to do for the 6 months service. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He took extra time to fix one of the air handler panels that wasn’t sealed properly from the factory. He completed all the required items. He didn’t have the correct air filter for my unit on his truck so he said he would get one and come back later that day. He showed back up that afternoon with the correct air filter and got it installed. He went beyond any service I have had previously. Thank you Pedro!
Great company! Clean, responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I have the bi-annual routine maintenance service with Total Air and know my AC is on tip-top condition whenever they leave. Wilder came to complete my most recent routine maintenance and was excellent. He took his shoes off in the house (without me asking) and was sure to keep things clean during his service. When he was done, I could hardly tell he was here except for seeing my system clean outside (he sprayed the outside unit down to ensure it kept its sparkling clean look). Thank you Wilder and the entire crew at TAS! You guys rock!

Kevin’s team did a great job installing the ac unit. Trevor in particular was working in my condo. He was very thorough and very patient with me. He explained in detail how the unit operated and what to do if it stopped functioning. Your company is very lucky to have such a stellar employee as Trevor. He went over and beyond explaining things to me. Thank you.
We have been using Total Air for some time now. Their maintenance plan is excellent, and you are called when it is time for your six month checkup. If there is a problem with your AC they do their best to respond quickly. The serviceman (Jacq) who arrived (on time) today was most courteous, and did a thorough inspection of our AC, both inside and out. He was able to spot an area that could have given us problems later in the summer, and took care of it immediately. You would not go wrong in signing up with Total Air Solutions!
Both Pedro and Jacq were pleasant and efficient and solved our problems. Melissa assisted by ensuring that we received the service before we were leaving the home for an extended period.

After several years, many different companies, and a ton of money spent, Air Solutions Patrick was able to finally fix our leaking unit!!! He was quick, professional, and clean. I also want to shout to the two gentlemen who did the patch work and lift to our ducts (I believe part of Mike's crew), along with Wilner, they were awesome!! Highly recommended if you have any Air issues!!! Thanks so much!!!
Gary was very nice and knowledgeable. He was well versed in what was wrong, quickly diagnosed and repaired effectively. I got a flat tire on the way home and the company was very understanding to me being late to my appointment. I would def use them again.
Wilder came out this morning to service our unit. He was very thorough and courtesy throughout the entire process today. Really appreciate him and Total Air Solutions!
They do all our HVAC maintenance from servicing our units and programming our thermostats, the service tech Wilder was great 👍🏻

January 11, 2023 service date with PEDRO . this service was for my semi-annual maitenance . Pedro was my new technician and everything went so smoothly! he checked the system inside and on the roof ........and found all to be good. He was , also, very nice . it is still hard to see the Total Air Solutions truck drive up and not see JAMES get out .........he will be missed for the great work he did for decades......as well as for being such a gentleman. R.I.P. thank you ! ------------------------------------------------- Great service from JAMES !!!! James has been my service provider for years and he is the BEST !!!! Thank you , James ! (2021) Jan.2022 After many years of excellent service, i am so sad to write that James is on a break at this time . my semi-annual maintenance rolled around last week ......and i had to meet and greet my new service technicians, Wilder and Patrick . Wilder came first .....and he is SOOOOOOOO quiet .........i didn't even hear him ! he was very courteous and removed his shoes before coming inside each time and did wear a mask. Wilder discovered that the capacitor was running weak ......and although he explained that it was possible for it to continue to function for some time ? (unknown) ......ultimately i made a second call and Patrick came out and changed it. Patrick had been here in 2015 when he (and James) worked for a previous company ......so it was a nice surprise to see a familiar face ! he was very quick with the repair ! i have had multiple conversations with Amber in the "dispatch" dept. and i have been very pleased with Total Air Solutions's concern for their customer's satisfaction! thank you Amber! i would suggest that the technicians clearly explain the prices for services/parts etc. i have a maintenance contract that includes a discount for repairs . thank you, Wilder & Patrick ! --------------------------------------------------------------------- July 22,
