This was a warranty job. The professional knew exactly what the problem was and made the repairs quickly. I would like to add, as a professional myself, we wear boots, we use a lot of tools, we get tired just like everyone else, and we need space to work. I chose to make an early morning appointment so that the pro didn't have time to get dirty boots, but I also waited till they were gone to mop and vacuum. And you don't need to sit on their shoulders while they work. If they can't fix it, or it's not installed/repaired correctly they will come back and fix it. Just be nice and let them do their job.
The Pro Team sent a sales tech to the house and quoted us $750 for a job. The main office sent us a email with a work order approval for $750 that we signed off on and accepted. A appointment was scheduled for July5th and they didn't show. The Pro Team rescheduled for July 8th at 10:00am and did not show again without notice. I contacted the main office at 11:00am as to why they didn't show and was told they would call back (which they did not). Juan the Sales Manager called on July 8th at 2:22pm and stated he would not do the job for $750 and now wanted $2000 for the job. I informed him that we had a verbal agreement with the sales tech and a signed off emailed work order for $750 from the main office. Juan said he would not honor the agreed price of $750. This is not how a business should be run or how customers should be treated. I highly recommend to steer clear of The Pro Team.
My serviceman was Dallas F. His work was neat, he left the area clean and he was kind and courteous.
Herman explained everything in detail as he was checking our AC. He also offered his opinion based on his experience and knowledge on what he thought was best for us and what to do in the meantime. Would definitely do business again. Thanks, Herman!
They installed a new HVAC system. The first two gentlemen that came to my house to do the application for financing were friendly. But the second person that came was especially friendly and informative and so helpful and listened. I cried when I was approved because I’m a single woman caring for my elderly mother and was doing this alone. He was so kind and empathetic. The techs that came to do the install were even more friendly and sweet. I enjoyed having them over. They had a long detailed process. Matt and Justin were friendly and Matt were so amazing. What awesome techs they are. Matt explained everything in detail and made me feel like I chose the very best AC company ever!!! These guys are the best at what they do and their supervisor was also so sweet!! I had the very best experience!! Thank you so very much Pro Team!!!!

Our salesman, Rich was very knowledgeable and friendly. We decided to go with The Pro Team because Rich showed up exactly when he said that he would and he answered all of our questions. The installation was 2 days after signing contract. The installers showed up at 10:30 am and did not speak any English. We were not able to communicate with them at all. The 2 men stayed until 1:45 AM (15 hours) and were not able to get the unit working. Our house was 89 degrees. Larry showed up the next afternoon and was able to get our air working within 5 minutes. He spent 2 hours making sure that everything was right and functioning properly so that it would pass inspection. The original installers had a hard time getting the handler into our attic and bent and damaged the attic door. Larry helped put it back together so that it would shut. Larry was extremely knowledgeable and provided great customer service. We were very happy with the sales side and with Larry, but not so much with the two men that originally tried to install the new unit.
Very quick response time, good price and good quality work performed. Our technician was Edward Vargas, a very knowledgeable and courteous young man, very professional, that went out of his way to fix our AC unit correctly and quickly. I recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.
Outstanding service!!!! Dallas was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He instantly recognized and fixed our problem where other techs had absolutely no clue. Dallas is the only tech I will call to service/fix my tankless water heater. Thank you again Dallas!

I called the Pro AC Team after another company tried to reschedule an appointment we had for days. Edward showed up with less than 3 hours notice, on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was thorough, explained everything well, and sent me pictures. He answered all of my follow up questions, and I got on the Silver maintenance plan to make sure that my AC doesn’t leak like this again. I’m so thankful I called the Pro AC Team.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Looking up. Prices on individual parts considerably overpriced versus getting them elsewhere. But very reliable and service was needed.
Colby B. was the epitome of great service! He was on time, professional, took his time to explain the issues, provided options, extremely thorough with everything he did to ensure there were no concerns. This was our first experience with this company and we are beyond satisfied. We will definitely keep calling if other issues arise and we will refer them to everyone!

This company uses top quality systems as all the other companies, yet their pricing beats anyone. I've called so many companies for estimates and this company beats them all. I haven't hired them yet because like everything else these days I wasn't expecting how much it would cost. But they beat other well known companies by several thousand. When I'm ready this is who I will hire. Thank you Reggie for your professionalism and honesty.

David and Josh are hands down second to none. David was contacted this morning and within 15 minutes an appointment was scheduled . Josh was dispatched out and on arrival his knowledge, expertise and professionalism shows why the Pro Team will be my first and only choice when it comes to HVAC and Plumbing. These two guys Rock.
