The company I previously used scheduled me 2 weeks out to repair a broken AC. I found comfort authority and they got me in the following day. Very professional and great communication with when someone would arrive. I’m extremely happy with this company.
We had a great pleasure of having Romeo come out to our new home and check our AC to see if it was running properly. He was extremely thorough, professional, and detail oriented and could not have asked for better service from him and this company. I would highly recommend utilizing their services, and we plan to use them once again
The sales person and the service team were very friendly and professional. They were prompt and text when they were on their way. The service guys worked continuously in the heat until the job was completed. The price for a 3.5 ton air conditioner and air purifier was a little pricey but I was satisfied with the service and the next day installation.
After our Trane Air Conditioner developed a blower-motor problem that resulted in no cooling, The Comfort Authority's David Hood was dispatched as one of the most knowledgeable technicians to diagnose the problem. David was extremely professional and kind, quickly diagnosing the problem of a failed blower-motor assembly. Unfortunately the part was not available in the immediate area; however, David placed the order for the part located in West-Palm Beach. Although we had to wait nearly a week through the record-breaking heat-index period of the July 4th holiday, David went out of his way, above and beyond, to provide us with his own personal portable air-conditioner unit to take the edge off of the nearly 90 degree heat in our home. When the part arrived on the 6th day without air-conditioning, David stayed true to his word to install the new unit on the day the part arrived. David was able to make our repair his final day's appointment, thoroughly checking out the entire air-conditioner system to verify the repair had completely resolved the no-cooling problem. We will definitely be requesting David for our upcoming annual service appointments and planned cooling upgrades. Nobody like to deal with air conditioning problems during the summer months! I tried calling multiple companies and The Comfort Authority was the only one that could come out the same day. Sean my technician was great! Very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.
I was able to get an appointment with Gerald the next business day and also conveniently he was able to come in the afternoon to fit my schedule also! He was quick and honest and gave me some tips on how to avoid a ac clog in the future! Thank you!!
Romeo Reyes was the service technician for our annual A/C check-up. He was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, and I appreciated his thoroughness.

I had a competitor out to our house the day prior, not only were they grossly overcharging, when they flushed our AC it only lasted for 15 hours before it overflowed and shut off the thermostat again. I then called The Comfort Authority the following day, and the technician David Hood immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue and saved us from having to replace the piping. David really went out of his way to ensure we received the best service possible. I'll definitely be using The Comfort Authority from now on, and can not recommend them enough.

** updated review: Our AC went out again after Gerald left, we called and David came out the following day, he did a way better job! He looked at the inside and outside units and found and fixed the problem, that we thought Gerald had fixed. Would 10/10 recommend David from comfort authority. If we ever have problems again I will ask directly for David to be the one to come out and fix our AC. Old review: Gerald was amazing, he found and fixed the problem fast. Very respectful and polite.
Glenn Betancourt was excellent. He inspected and cleaned the A/C unit and installed needed parts with skill and efficiency. He worked courteously and respectfully around my schedule. Great job!!!
They were able to assess the state of my current system and were extremely informative and willing to explain all the details of what was going on all while giving options to resolve the issue. I definitely felt like they had my best interests in mind and not just selling me an expensive system for no reason .
James came by today for a inspection he was very honest and informative which is extremely appreciated now a days. Great guy and I will continue to use this company.
Very happy with their service. My whole system needed replacing and they completed the next day. Also, I work from home and they were very courteous and were amazingly quiet during the process.
On time, professional, thorough, and explained every bit of the service. They went the extra mile to contact the AC manufacturer so our repair was covered under the warranty! The annual service plan pays for itself each year with the inspection, cleaning and service by keeping the equipment running well. Top notch! Update: 6/21/2023 We have CA out for our annual inspection and cleaning. Since we have been a subscriber of this service they come out every year, take everything apart, inspect it and clean it. Then they perform diagnostics and produce a huge, detailed report with photos and videos. We have not had one issue since having the annual service completed and allows us to catch anything before it’s an issue. The tech today, Romeo Reyes, was great as usual. Polite, efficient, cleans up the work area better than he found it, explained everything and promoted asking questions. The CA team is top notch! You find cheaper or more expensive but their service, their rates, and their quality output makes them 5 star and top notch in my book. They are very reasonably priced and respond asap! Great job again!
Gerald Thompson was so efficient and timely when we called to get our air conditioner looked at. He fixed our air right away and was so polite and friendly.
What a wonderful experience for something that I thought would be nightmarish. Not only did someone PERSONALLY answer the phone after hours, the dispatcher called me back within minutes and set an appointment for the same day. They kept communication open with me every step of the way...called and texted with updates on the appointment, the technician, the time frame, the expected service, cost, etc. There were no surprises and every expectation was met. I was even given options that actually saved ME money. The technician, Sean, was polite, professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my home, my dogs, and my time. I asked a million questions and he answered each one in a manner that helped me learn things about my ac unit and my home that I found very helpful. After the service, there was superior follow-up to make sure everything was perfect. Now I see why there are so many people with The Comfort Authority signs in their yards. They must be just as happy to have found a company with exceedingly high standards for professionalism, customer service, and overall community. I have recommended The Comfort Authority to others in the past, based solely on word of mouth of others....now I have first hand experience with them, and I can't wait to let others know. So nice to see this type of business model return. Fair, customer-centered, quality, professional. Kudos to you, Steve Cox and The Comfort Authority! Glad you're in my neighborhood!
