Absolute amazing customer service from the time I called Gina to the time she sent Matt out the service was amazing. Matt very quickly identified our A/C issues. The solutions have made our home so much more comfortable. But more importantly, the quality of the air we breath is so much healthier. When my wife and I moved into our new home we had a handful of immediate projects we wanted to complete as well as things that needed to be addressed after closing. Not being from the area we asked around and did our due diligence and this company came highly recommended. They worked with us to bring our vision to life and the quality of the work can’t be overstated. The employees were professional and punctual, allowing things to actually finish ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

Of all the roofing companies our there, TB Home Solutions had the fairest prices, best customer service and my property was left in better shape than when they arrived. The work was done professionally, correctly and with amazing attention to detail. I cannot recommend Matt and Gina more. Stop looking for another company, you've found them.
Matt and Gina are fantastic - highly recommend! I have worked with them now twice for my clients as a realtor. On both occasions, we called them last minute for help and they were out the very next day. Matt is very professional and a super cool guy! He explained everything to me and my clients in detail, never made us feel rushed, provided quotes in a timely manner. He was able to fit us in for a new roof, flashing, soffits and gutters within a week. His team was on time every day, they worked from 7 am to 7 pm and finished the job in 2.5 days. He was extremely honest, explained the pricing and showed us that there would be no hidden fees - he was a man of his word! These are honest people that do quality work! He is a licensed GC, roofer and does extensive HVAC work. If i could give them 10/10 - I would! Definitely give them a call ;)
Matt and his team have been a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We never felt like he was trying to “up sell” us on any services but helped guide us throughout the whole process of installing a new roof and listened to all of our concerns and needs. We felt comfortable knowing the job was going to get done properly the first time. We look forwarded to working with TB Home Solutions on future projects!

Tampa Bay Home Solutions is the type of company that’s so rare these days. They give personal service at a fair price. But wait, there’s more. We received bids from more established AC businesses and then checked with our neighborhood Facebook group to get recommendations for one more quote. Glad I did. Matt Cook came over and didn’t try to “sell” me. He offered a Trane brand unit, the right size for our house, and patiently explained the system and easy financing. It all made sense and we felt confident in the decision. I’m that customer that has ongoing questions. Each time Tampa Bay Home Solutions has been available, prompt and patient with me. Matt recently came by to talk us through some confusion we had with our techy Ecobee thermostat. Again, the after-sales support and personal attention is so appreciated.
I was looking for a honest air conditioning company, there is none left! Until I met Matt! I am disabled on a fixed income and have absolutely no money to spare. He is a Godsend. Not only do I have an entirely new system and duct work with the ultra violet light, I'm also getting roof and insulation at the cost another company was just giving me an ac system for!
