I tested the first night and brought the temperature to 70⁰. I was freezing in the morning. I'm a very Happy man. My house hasn't been this cold during the summer months ever. Thank you
Arrived an hour and a half after the appointment time (already a two hour window). Used a knife to see if the compressor fan would spin (it didn’t) looked at the date of the unit (2008) and told me it would need the entire system replaced. Said that replacement parts would be nearly impossible to get and would probably have to be retro fitted. He did also spray it with a hose and checked the coolant levels (they were low) said it was definitely the sign of a bigger problem. Basically a waste of $67 and a huge waste of my time. Called someone else today. He was able to get the impossible part and was back within an hour. The unit is running fine, no need for any coolant.
I need emergency repairs on the 4th of July and Jose came to my house in less than 3hrs after I called. He was very kind, fixed everything quickly and gave me advise about what he found in my attic. Thanks Jose, you are great!!!

The customer service was fantastic and professional but they overcharge wayyyy too much! Same system and everything needed to be done, had two other companies come out and both were bout 6-7 thousand dollars cheaper! Yall need better pricing and y’all would be A+ company
We placed a service call for same day and we were very pleased that Randy was able to come out quickly and diagnose our AC system issue. He was professional, through, knowledgeable, genuine and compassionate! Our unit is 14 years old so we made the decision to replace it versus repair the issue. Randy went over a plethora of options with us at 9pm, he didn’t pressure us or rush us at all. I highly recommend Super Heat and Air! The service is fantastic and budget friendly.
I called for an emergency appointment and it got close to midnight for an 9pm call so they said they would come the next day at 6pm. 10pm that day they called to say they were coming over I declined and just asked for a price for a new unit because it was getting late... again They were double on their quote compared to two other companies. So your research.
The tech was here for my courtesy maintenance post install. He communicated well on his arrival time. Replaced my UV LIGHTS and fully explained the service. He set me up on an 6 month regular maintenance schedule to ensure my equipment remains in good working order.
Was able to come earlier than expected. Did very well explaining everything and answered any question I had. They could schedule install next day and worked around my schedule.
Juan and Colin came out to diagnose my AC after I started having some issues with it cooling the house. They were kind and professional. They took apart the indoor and outdoor units to confirm everything was working. The capacitor, the contactor, and several other things I can't name :D. And the price is probably better than any other A/C repair shop offers.
I am amazed at how responsive they are every time. That is so important, especially during a Florida summer. We just had Frank F. aka Fabulous Frank come out. He did a great job!
Showed up 30 mins early (with warning) and identified my problem literally within 2 minutes, which multiple other companies couldn’t or wouldn’t (the fix to the problem is a massive pain for the techs) and also temporarily fixed the problem so my ac was working in this FL heat. Highly recommend. Austin was my tech!
When I called an actual human answered. I'm old enough to remember when that was commonplace. Got an appointment set same day on a Sunday. Got a text with a photo of my tech which is good practice. They actually called to confirm a time instead of just showing up. Tech was knowledgeable and professional. Couldn't ask for more.
The 2 technicians that were here worked in unbelievably high heat conditions. They were professional and conscientious. It is so nice to see the house temperature going down instead of up. Thank you
When my AC went out I called another company first and was told it was a 2 day wait for service. Meanwhile it was 90 degrees out. Super heat and air came out an hour later and had me running cool in no time.
When I called to inquire about services, the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and respectful (I believe his name was Paul?). When they sent a tech out, Randy, he was very respectful, and he was very knowledgeable on the issues. He explained very well exactly what was wrong and why. He also explained how to prevent this from happening again. Randy then spoke to my husband and I regarding a package deal he was able to make for us, and he walked us through the finance process. He was able to get everything finalized and an approval within a very quick manner. Before Randy left, he made sure the work was scheduled. We were very impressed that the work was able to get started the very next day. The techs that came out (Frank, Ito, Jose). Frank did a very good job with doing the cleaning part and making sure our system was free of gunk as well as flushing out everything from the pipes outside. He also did a very good job installing the UV light (even though the light bulb he had in the lot was busted, he said he would come back the very day to finish the UV light). The second day Frank came out, Jose and Ito came too. Frank got straight to work on finishing the UV light and Jose & Ito got straight to work cleaning the return ducts (after me showing them where they all were). All 3 techs that day were very respectful and did a very good job explaining what they were doing and made sure to clean up all of their messes. They also did a very good job keeping in contact with me when they were on their way. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.
Pandi was so Profesional and he found a wire that was true problem.. he didn't charge extra cause he's honest and it means so much to find a honest ac tech didn't make a problem for get us freezing in 20 minutes flat. Thank you so much got us for customers ty Dani Carlo Caballero tampa
What can I say. Every company should be this good.I went online made an appointment immediately got a confirmation , tech called before visit showed up on time very professional and knowledgeable.
This is the best company in the tampa area to have when it comes to AC. The prices are good and the service is great! Izzy came out for a routine maintenence appointment because I am a member of their plan. Ironically my outside unit wasn't working when I got home today. Izzy showed up right on time and I let him know what was up. He immediately went to work. He not only fixed the problem but told me what he was doing because I wanted to learn more about it. He had to troubleshoot it for a bit, but figured out the issue was a loose wire in the end. I also re-signed up for the membership which is 30 bucks a month. With that you get alot. Anyways I have been using this company for years and there is a reason why., They do great work at a great price. Again, I can't recommend this company or Izzy enough. Great work guys. Thanks for being a great company and having great people.
Very quick. response and was professional and knowledgeable. Fixed our AC drain line that was clogged in about 15 minutes
