Sunstate Mechanical Contractors Inc. is an incredible company! The condensation line on my A/C refused to drain despite my repeated attempts to clear the darned thing, resulting in an overflow of water. Joe himself, the owner, came to my rescue just 1 hour after my call of desperation. I could not be more impressed and grateful for his prompt service. He was thorough while clearing the clog from the line and ensured the pump was clean and functioning prior to his departure. In addition to his expertise, Joe was very kind and friendly. The pricing was beyond fair, especially considering he came out so rapidly. I cannot recommend this company enough! Give them a call for whatever you need, you won’t be disappointed.
I called a few HVAC companies to evaluate and repair the mini split system at my new home. What stood out to me about Sunstate Mechanical was how straightforward they are with pricing and services. If you’ve ever gotten the run around just trying to make an appointment and get hit with extraneous fees even before a technician comes out—then you know what I’m talking about. This company is not that. Our technician Randy was able to come the same day within the 2 hour window provided, and thoroughly evaluated our system. He listened to our concerns, and thankfully found that our problem required an easy fix of flushing the lines to remove any clogs that may have been causing our mini split to leak into the room. In my experience, it’s hard to find a company who is straightforward, honest, timely, and fairly priced. You won’t go wrong hiring these guys.
Sun state came to my house and repaired my a c . After other companies wanted me to replace ac. This house is a rental property/ tear down. And we didn't want to spend 7000 dollars on a system that was going to be torn out upon tearing down of the house. Sun state got it going with a new fan motor. That fan motor was a band aid for a system that needed surgery. Thank God for joe and Sun state. As they were there to make a repair and not just rip me off. If I ever have a problem again. I M GOING WITH JOE!! SUN STATE!!!

I had Sunstate come to our home because our HVAC system, was not working correctly not only did the fix the issue quickly they really took the time to look at the whole system found few other issues and corrected them as well, and made sure everything was done correctly, I will only be calling this company for now on for AC issues they were honest and quick and fix the issue the first time.

Joe was able to come out same day I contacted Sunstate. He took a look and was able to quickly diagnose and get me back up and running. He gave me some maintenance tips that will keep my unit running smoothly.
I needed a new AC unit and handler installed. Not only were their prices fair, but Brian and Randy came with experience and were so professional. I don’t normally write reviews but they deserve it. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely be calling Brian and Randy for upkeep and maintenance in the future.

We recently moved to Florida and needed major repairs to our church. After researching several companies, I went with Sunstate and I’m so thankful I did. Joe came out and provided us with the information necessary to make an informed decision and provided a reasonable estimate. I have used Sunstate Mech. for over 10 years for service and repairs to my AC. Recently they repaired the air handler rather than replace it, saying the repair was much less costly than replacement. Joe and Brian are extremely knowledgeable and are eager to solve problems. They also provide excellent maintenance service as well. I would recommend them highly for all AC needs.

We have used this service for two years. Two years ago, after talking to and getting 3 assessments for a new air conditioner, we choose Joe Rosenburger from Sunstate Mechanical for our project. We were impressed by Joe's knowledge of the system we selected and the cost. The Trane system has been saving us about $25 to $30 every month on our bill these last two years compared to our previous unit. We also signed up for their maintenance program. We have been very happy with their service. Today was especially special. My son's air conditioner broke last night (Hot August 2020), we called this morning and Joe was able to check it, drive across town to get a new motor and fix the fan on the same day! The price was very reasonable. My son and his family were excited and grateful to have the air conditioner taken care of so quickly! Joe and Sunstate, Thank you so much for coming through for us!
