I usually do not write reviews but Simpson Air has wonderful employees and the emergency line works. I would like to thank Yamir and Leonard for going above and beyond to fix our A.C. Yamir arrived to a sweltering house with two kids under two. He did not have to but he then returned to our house on a Saturday at 9 pm to install a part that Leonard spent over an hour calling to find for our unit. They really helped us in our time of need.

Great company. We have had Simpson install and or service three of our homes AC systems plus at our office. They have always been on time and repaired any issue we had. Their service department is not on commission so they don’t try to up sell you on something you don’t need. A+ people. Update 7/6/2023 - Just had Mike T fix a unit that was struggling to keep up. Great company w great people both in the office and in the field.

Very professional and responsive. Our A/C went out on a 90+ degree day and they quickly came out. Yamir, our technician, was outstanding. He listened to our concerns and was extremely thorough in testing to make sure he was addressing the right issue. Got us back up and running and did so in a way that it fit within our warranty without any additional cost. Above and beyond service. Highly recommend.

Our upstairs unit stopped working, so we called multiple providers to get quotes to either repair or replace the system. Stephen May and David Perez went above and beyond to help fix our issues, prevent us from having to purchase a new system, and provide us with some preventative maintenance tips to help reduce the risk of issues moving forward. It was Friday evening of Memorial Day weekend. During the previous couple of days, we had several other service providers look at our HVAC system, all of whom did very little troubleshooting and solely provided us with quotes to replace the system rather than fix it. Stephen arrived first and after some brief troubleshooting, suggested that we might be able to fix it rather than replace it. We were not officially on the schedule for repair, but Stephen made some calls and was able to get David Perez to our house within an hour. David fairly quickly diagnosed a couple of issues, which he fixed that very night. Again, this was a holiday weekend and Stephen and David stayed until almost 7pm to help get this resolved. We could not be happier with their thoroughness, professionalism, and willingness to save of us some money because it was the right thing to do. Simpson Air has a great reputation because of people like Stephen and David. Simpson Air has always provided us with great service, but this time was especially fantastic! I have been recommending and will continue to recommend Simpson Air to anyone who’ll listen. Thanks – Travis T.

This post is directed at the technician representing Simpson Air. If all Simpson Air employees embody the same professionalism then this post is addressed to Simpson Air as well. If all company personnel working for Simpson Air embody the strong work ethic as the technician dispatched to my home this afternoon, Simpson Air has nothing to worry about. Ben Arrington arrived to my home and took the time to explain what he was going to do in such a professional manner that I couldn’t help, but give my undivided attention. After inspecting my HVAC units he presented his findings and gave his recommendations on buying into a service plan. I’m not the easiest person to sell on things and though Ben left without me buying into a plan, I can say that I will have Simpson Air on call for any HVAC concerns I have in the future. I had never intended to buy into a plan, but watching Ben work and listening to his breakdown afterwards has me definitely considering the option to do so. I have had multiple HVAC companies at my home conducting annual inspections over the years and I have never once considered writing a review, let alone recommend the company the technician was representing. Ben Arrington made a believer out of me and for that I have confidence in Simpson Air moving forward. Thank you, Ben! Francis Basso came to our home to do our yearly maintenance. He not only arrived early but gave me a call to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt as though I could trust him on his recommendations and did not feel like he was “selling” me on unnecessary options. Thank you, Francis! EDIT- We have now had a horrible experience with Simpson at the supervisor level. Both the service manager and the construction manager are awful.

Easy to get appointments (typically within 24hrs of need) and customer service staff are easy to work with. I wanted to provide feedback regarding David P. He is one of the best HVAC technicians Simpson Air has on staff. I had a TXV valve die back in early 2021. David P. was the HVAC technician who came out and diagnosed the issue. Thankfully I was able to get the TXV valve replaced with a short turnaround time by another HVAC technician. The same problem happened in June 2022. The TXV valve died, and David P. was the HVAC technician who came out to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, I did not have A/C for a few weeks, due to COVID supply chain issues. A little over two weeks later, the part came in and another HVAC technician replaced it. My A/C system worked for about an hour after the HVAC technician fixed it, then it stopped working. I called Simpson Air again and they sent somebody out immediately to diagnose the issue. The new HVAC tech said the new TXV valve was bad and another one needed to be ordered. I was irritated by this response since I had not had A/C in over two weeks, in the middle of July, and this issue was supposed to be fixed. Simpson Air sent out David P. the next morning, on a weekend, to troubleshoot the problem. David P. managed to get the system working as the initial technician who replaced the TXV valve added too much refrigerant and caused the system pressures to hit thresholds that were turning off the compressor as a safety measure. David P. saved the day again, and finally I had working A/C in a very hot July. I would recommend having the other techs trained better so this issue doesn’t happen again to other customers. On a final closing note, don’t waste your money on Carrier HVAC products unless you like them breaking down all the time and not having working A/C.

Over the past couple years, I’ve had a couple HVAC companies come out to inspect my unit do a check up and clean it. However, no one ever cleaned it very well. One of the companies didn’t even go outside and check the air conditioning unit. I had Simpson air come out today. They cleaned the air conditioner and it looks brand new. They were on time they were friendly. They did an awesome job. They didn’t try to sell me anything or tell me that I needed to get anything repaired. They said my unit was in good condition like I said they cleaned it like it’s brand new and I would highly Recommend .

Look no further than Simpson Air for any kind of HVAC work. After 3 years of keeping my HVAC system on life support, I finally reached the point where the freon required was no longer available. I researched AC companies via the Internet and concluded I wanted a Carrier system. After researching online reviews, I contacted Simpson Air to seek an estimate. I was called within 15-minutes (and this was on a Sunday). My rep, Leonard Cooperman, explained the process clearly and quickly. On Monday, Leonard inspected my apartment, discussed some options, recommended the appropriate unit, called the company warehouse to determine availability, set the apointment date/time, and then followed-up to see how the installation progressed. The professionals who installed the unit, James and Daniel, were technically proficient, clean, courteous, considerate and worked non-stop until the unit was operational. From start (Sunday afternoon) to finish (Tuesday afternoon), this was a painless and worry-free operation. I cannot imagine how it could have been performed any more professionally. Thank you, Leonard, James and Danny for your professionalism, attention to detail, and recommendations. I look forward to having Simpson Air look after my HVAC system in the future.
