Ernesto and his associate did a fantastic job on my service call for a clogged AC handler condensation drain pipe. In addition to cleaning out the drain pipe that was badly clogged, they cleaned the coils (inside and outside units), replaced the capacitor, and added insulation to the coolant lines. They were able to increase the airflow of the unit and lower the air temperature, both of which are going to save me money on my electric bill. They also added a safety switch to the drain pipe that activates if the drain pipe ever becomes clogged again so that water won't run out all over the intake area under the unit behind the air filter. The way it's configured, I can pop the switch out of the pipe to send condensation water into a bucket in case it ever happens again and I need to wait a day for service. They were on time for the appointment, friendly, fast, and professional. I highly recommend the company based on Ernesto and his associate's excellent job here. I can't say anything about the cost because I'm a tenant, and the bill for this work will go to the landlord. Otherwise, I highly recommend the company.

Jose with Rolando’s HVAC did an amazing job fixing our A/C! Our rental company wasn’t doing much to help. Once they sent Rolando’s the ticket, nobody called us to schedule the repair. The rental company had already let us go 2 days with no air and it had been 86 in the house and we have a baby and dog. I called The number provided for Rolando’s and within an hour they sent the ticket as urgent and had it scheduled for later that day. Jose was early and replaced the fan motor, capacitor, and thermostat in an hour! Thank you so much Jose and Rolando’s!

Once they arrived, the technician was quick and respectful. They were late and not direct about running late but once I called for a follow up when they hadn't arrived, they were immediately able to get me an answer as to why and when they would be by. The technician was very helpful and cleaned up the area well. Would recommend to anyone.
I reported the outage to my rental company late afternoon on Sunday. Rolandos was out and had the HVAC back up and running before noon Monday morning!!! They were very nice and Luis was able to diagnose and fix it very quickly. Very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. Being with out AC in Florida in summer is horrible and Rolandos understands that!
Both of Rolando's HVAC, LLC workers who came to our home were very professional, neat, and cleaned up after they completed their work. They worked efficiently and quickly replaced our Air Handler inside the house and the A/C compressor unit outside the house.
Honest and skilled technician. I would use them again. If the service wasn't excellent, I wouldn't leave a review at all but I felt it necessary on this one.
Super friendly staff. Fixed everything in just under 1hr, and also inspected everything that had to do with the plumbing. Jensi was incredibly nice when it came to explaining in simple terms why my HVAC was malfunctioning, and what could be wrong with my plumbing. Great team. Next day service, no waiting a week like most other companies. They fixed my garage door correctly and installed all new parts. It opens way faster than it used to.

Rolando’s was contracted through the property management company that I rent my home through, but I would absolutely give them a call myself if I were a homeowner. Ernesto and Eddy arrived in a timely manner and quickly repaired my A/C. They were both very knowledgeable and kind. Rolando’s gives updates via email and text of scheduling, when a technician is en route as well of status updates and that is so very helpful!
Despite some scheduling issue, your technician was professional, skilled and friendly . Absolutely recommend.
