Wow. I called them after another company quoted me $12-16k to repair or replace my system. Was literally in tears thinking I was going to just sell my house as is to a flipper bc no way could I afford that. Albert, from Ricks came out bc I wanted to really make sure my ac was done. Albert was out with in an hour of my call. Told me there was no evidence of the stuff they use to find leaks, even tho the other company claimed they did it last Friday, came out today and "found" a leak in the upstairs handler. Albert showed me what the product looked like and how there's no way to put it in without leaving traces of it. Compared it to how when you change your oil there's always some spillage or it gets on your hands. There was no evidence of it from the previous company. Rick's charged me $35 for the service call and injected the dye AT NO CHARGE with the instructions to call back in a month so they can come back at NO CHARGE to check for leaks. Albert was adamant to not spend another penny on the AC until they could come back and actually get an idea of whether there's actually a problem. Agreed that my unit is older, but said basically if it ain't broke, don't fix it. So to all you companies who make your techs salesmen , see ya later. Albert and Rick are my guys. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

I can't say enough good things about Rick's. Honest, fair, and reliable. Rick, along with his employees, are all knowledgeable and take time to explain the problem and quick to fix. It's not easy making tenants happy, but all have great things to say about Rick's!
Rick and Alberto were fantastic! They responded to an emergency repair same day, and the work and professionalism were top notch. If you need AC or heating done, make one call to Rick's AC!
Never really spoke to Rick. He did all the communication thru texting. Which I found weird. But Steve and his Son that work there did a amazing job

Honest and fair. This company saved me from thousands of dollars another company tried to charge me for tocreplace an entire system that did not need it. Very thankful for their service and honesty.
I highly recommed Rick's A/C to anyone needing work done. If you can't reach them try again, it's worth the wait!! Danny and his partner was very honest, polite, and respectful. Excellent customer service and very efficient!! They were even nice with my 5 year old grandson that kept wanting to be their friend. Lol! Thank you Rick and family for great service!
Top notch professional service!.Family owned . Kind and courteous crew. They did an excellent job putting in a whole new system for me. When they finished they cleaned up every scrap of paper and left everything spotless. Highly recommend .
I call Air-Ric's A/C and scheduled an appointment with them because my ac was only blowing warm air. They came out found the problem and explained why it happened. I felt educated and in goods hands with there tech Eric. I would high recommend them again.

Rick managed to get a critical Trane part for me in 3 hours to help fix my father's heating system. Excellent service!
They never answer phone or return calls for service. Even during business hours. I was recommended them by a friend however I've decided to pay extra and go elsewhere. At least they (competitors) answer the phone.

We have used this business for years and would not go anywhere else. Excellent work at a fair price! Doesn’t get any better than that.
Talked to Rick yesterday morning and a Tech arrived at my house by 230pm. The tech was in and out without a trace. He was very respectful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks me. Oh and best part was the price!!!
office staff is completely disrespectful and belligerent when dealing with customers that just call for a status on technicians. I can't believe i was talked to that way and i am the customer spending my hard own money. I will never recommend or deal with this business again
