I was in need of someone who could clean my whole heat pump and find out why the inside temp went higher than tstat setting. I had one local co come out and sold me a new tstat but it didn't fix the problem, even the co that installed it didn't fix it, so I read reviews and checked out co, because of the incompetent service. I chose REM because of their good ratings and being a native of Tampa I knew they had been here a long time. I spoke to Kelsey when I called and she was so pleasant and helpful, I was impressed. Got me scheduled and a very nice tech,Bobby came out, unlike the others he listened and went to work to find the problem. Didn't take long to diagnose a leak in my system. He had to access the attic space where it was hot and he never complained. He worked diligently till it was finished, cleaned up and my unit was working. I will call them for any future service. Thank you REM and Kelsey and Bobby.

Please give Ben a day off with pay. He was the one who worked the longest in my hot attic. Thanks for your outstanding service.
Called these guys when my AC was making a noise it shouldn't. Noel diagnosed the problem but told me it wouldn't hurt the function so suggested I not spend the money to replace the part. Then he fixed the noise by making a shim. They also came out the same day I called and gave me a heads up when they were 20 min out. Great experience, I'll call them again.
Chris the technician was very professional and friendly. One of the best that has come to my home to do my PM.
A/C was running, but no cool air. Chris came out promptly, diagnosed the problem in no time, replaced the capacitor, cleaned my whole system. Did a great job! Would definitely recommend!
On this past Friday at noon we had a problem with our AC system. We were told by the company we had a service contract with that it would be three days before the part needed would be in. I called REM and explained the situation and asked them if they had the part. Joe said they had the part and by 4 pm Noel had finished installing the new part and we had cool AC!. That is what I call customer service! Joe was concerned with our problem and had the solution. Noel, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This was our first time dealing with REM and now we will be using them for all our AC service.
I couldn’t be happier with REM. I feel the company has integrity and a wonderful work force! The office and scheduler’s have always been polite and able to get someone out quickly.Chris is a man of his word and goes above and beyond to explain and make sure everything is done correctly. Kareem, Hector and Miguel have performed work at my home on two occasions. Always pleasant and professional:) It says a lot about a company who can maintain quality employees. I have been a customer of REM A/C for many many years. They service my A/C and Heat. Purchased new system from them. Have always been satisfied with their service. I had a couple of emergency and they were able to get on it right of way. Their Tech/Christopher came to service my unit a couple of days ago. On time, very polite, explained what he did in a manner that I could understand. I would highly recommend REM A/C
We have used REM for the 24 years that we've lived in the house. They provide a semi-annual check-up plan to keep it running well. After 15 years we needed a new unit. Chris gave us a fair quote with a variety of finance options. Michelle answered some financing questions. They arrived promptly at 8:30 and were done by mid/late afternoon. Thank you, REM.
I love these guys, AC making weird noises, Chris came out did a full check on a Saturday. Seriously amazing work and would never go somewhere else.
My husband is a retired state certified building contractor and highly recommends REM. He likes the fact that their installers are employees and not subcontractors. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Chris is amazing, and as usual, went above and beyond. He is also very knowledgeable and patient while teaching us how use our new thermostat on our phones.
I have had REM install two systems at my house. One mini-split. One conventional central A/C. Both projects went off without a hitch. Great communication. And the prices were very reasonable. Ask for Chris. He will answer all your questions.
A few weeks ago I discovered my air conditioning system was leaking coolant. I met with a couple local contractors before deciding to hire REM Air Conditioning. I initially met with Chris from REM and he thoroughly explained the options for dealing with my old system (repair or replace). He provided on the spot quotes for both options. I ultimately decided to replace our system and the team from REM completed the installation in one afternoon. Update-Nov 2022: system required evaporator coil replacement (major repair) after three years. REM completed the repair at a discounted price but I still paid over $800 to repair a three year old system. I do not recommend this company or RHEEM heat pumps.
REM Tech Chris Parks came out to do my AC servicing on Jan 12, 2023. Chris arrived right on time and did a very thorough job going over every aspect of my ac system, and answered all of my questions as well. I feel confident that the best job was done and my system is again running at its very best. Thanks REM and keep doing a great job. Chris was also the Tech who went out on January 16 2023, to my father in laws home at 8314 N. 18th St due to the system not working properly. My father in law says Chris did a fine job there as well, replacing the heat strip and the thermostat, all for a reasonable price. I'm very grateful for the quick response! I would recommend REM to anyone, based on my experience with this company. Thank you also Chris Parks, for your excellent work!
We have been customers since 1999. Recently we had to replace our old HVAC system. Rem was very responsive to the situation and made sure that we had a temporary fix (system broke down Christmas Eve) to hold us until our new system could be installed a few days later. The team that came out, was thorough, professional and courteous. We highly recommend this company.
Our guy, Chris is very thorough when serving our system. He explains everything he finds before work is done. Did an amazing job. REM Air installed and have serviced my system since day one. While others wanted more money, they showed us way to save money with a quality system and stood behind the system they installed. If and when they system goes, we will use them again.
Chris, the HVAC Technician, is professional, technically proficient, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue with my HVAC quickly and efficiently repaired same. Personable, Chris was an absolute pleasure to have in my house. Great representative for REM Air.

We had a total of 5 repairmen come out from beginning to end and was very impressed with them all. We ended up needing a new system and they were thorough, professional, tidy and very tolerant of my dogs. I highly recommend this company.
