Logan was great! Full of information, considerate and professional. Excellent service! Coordination was off and may need a little fine tuning but there every time I called.
I had Red Cap come and do a annual service call. Upon completion of the service the tech gave me three options to select what needed to be done. He gave me three quotes which ranged from $10,101, $6,981 and $5,475. The list was extensive. I had the A/C checked again with another technician and found out that nothing was wrong. I truly believe that being a widow had something to do with this outrageous quote. My suggestion is to rethink using Red Cap. The tech knew what he was doing and didn’t regret one minute of it. I do not recommend this company at all. Stay clear.
The name of the company when you call is “Heatwave” not red carpet. Tried to get someone out to fix the AC for a tenant. I gave them two numbers for the tenant and they had my number. The time passes, they left a voicemail and text with the tenant but when the tenant called back, they got no response. No one called me. After an hour passed beyond the time the tech was supposed to come, I called again and was told the tech went home because the tenant didn’t answer. Issue is, the tenant did call and no one answered. No one from this company called me. When I asked why I didn’t get a call, I was told because my number “fell out of the system” when I gave the tenants numbers. Don’t count on this company if your ac is out.
Owner installed new air conditioning for 6300.00.Then broke first night.Now ha e. Ew guy over repairing all his mistakes.Went out of business 2 weeks later.Worst burn job of my life.Dont do any business affiliated with red carpet.The worst.
A decent price with excellent service. Juan was the technician assigned to the job, and he went above, and beyond to complete the task. The communication between all involved was superb.
Juan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide on the proper and cheapest unit for my situation. Ted and his people were very efficient, clean, and professional during the install process making short work of the job at hand, all while showing me exactly what he was doing and why it was being done. Would fully recommend to anyone needing A/C Repair/Replacement

Juan just came out and did a great job on my semi-annual service. I have used Red Carpet for about two years, first using them in an emergency situation last year when my AC went out on a Sunday morning and they were there within a couple of hours. Glad to recommend.
The service I received was outstanding! My service tech Chris was very knowledgeable and courteous. Through the entire process, he keep me informed as to what was the problem and how it would be repaired. The prices were very reasonable. If you need immediate service at decent price I highly recommend Red Carpet!
Juan came to service my AC units. He was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. As he was doing the inspection he took the time to explain to me how things should work and how my unit was performing. He was very respectful of me and my house and very thorough in his inspection. He spent almost 3 hours at my house. It was overall a very pleasant experience.
Would HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. I was in a jam and needed to schedule an AC inspection ASAP. Not only were they able to fit me in next day, but their prices were so reasonable. Juan exceeded my expectations. Not only was he on time, but the quality of service and knowledge he provided was outstanding. He truly made the whole process painless and took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going on every step of the way.
The owner came out today to install my new ac and he did such a wonderful job, he really pays attention to everything and works so hard at what he does. the pricing was really good for all he did, I had just bought this house two months ago and had inspections done but no one told me that the ac was a potential fire hazard til one of red carpet ac guy's came out to install a new thermostat and while trying to that he looked closer and found that all the wiring and the air handler inside was ready to burst into flames this winter so I'm very grateful to them for finding this now and saving me and my family from a fiery death. Thank you so much.
Bryan was my service tech. He came out at the scheduled time so we didn't have to wait hours on end like I've had to with other companies. He called when he was on his way and I received a text & email from the company as soon as we hung up. Bryan was so kind, very knowledgeable and was able to get the part we needed the very next day (which was a Saturday btw)!! He also took the time to clean the entire system while he was replacing the broken component. On top of the great service they were even able to work with me by splitting the payment into 2 so I could make it through to my next paycheck. I'm really glad I called Red Carpet and I will definitely be a repeat customer if I ever need AC work in the future. Thanks again!!
Juan came out to evaluate the leakage from my air handler. The company that put it diagnosed a very expressive problem that my warranty wouldn't cover. Juan gave me a very professional diagnostic that opposed the other company's diagnosis. He offered me a much more affordable fix for my unit. I bought a VIP membership that covered today's service call.
Adam Westreich is a rockstar. After 2 other companies and an independent 3rd, neutral company required by our home warranty company could not sort out our a/c problem, Adam did. We had been without a/c for 5days in the hottest September on record and Adam not only fixed our issue, but was able to assist with the home warranty consultation. Thanks, Adam!!
The main reason i went with this company is because of Juan Caceres .He is very professional and friendly plus honest .He not only explained he took pictures in detail to show me exactly what he was talking about .I could have gotten this cheaper but he explained the differences between your company and the others. In short, he is the reason I decided to go with your company.
Juan was amazing! He gave very detailed explanations about everything he planned to do, and all of the options we had. He was honest and I look forward to seeing him again, as he will be requested. Excellent service!
Juan came out to my house on a Sunday and fixed my air conditioner. Another company had serviced the air conditioner at the end of July and said everything was fine. Juan took pictures, explained the problem and replaced the broken part and caps to avoid the freon leakage within an hour.
Juan was great!!! He was friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. Red Carpet Air should be happy to have an employee like him.
I called red carpet around 6:30 pm...which is already after hours. My estimated time of arrival was between 9 and 11 pm. Juan arrived at 7:20 pm not only to satisfy his people but to represent his amazing team and company! He came in with determination and a whole lot of kindness, humblenesss and lots of laughs. I wouldn't have any other company do this job! Thanks Juan and co!
