Will Cunningham did a great job servicing my unit. He was on time, professional, and went above and beyond to repair the problem. He also spent some extra time explaining how to maintain the unit providing me the details I need as a new homeowner. Great job Will!!!
Thank goodness for Michael Perchitti. He was experienced and a great technician to have stumbled upon through Red Cap. I cant say as positive things about the Tampa office communication. I will ask for Mike to do the work for sure.

Our AC unit was not cooling so we contacted Red Cap for an estimate and Adonay Casanas HVAC Advisor came to our home. He explained everything from prices to the wonderful warranties Red Cap offers and he convinced us this would be a great company to get our AC unit from. The very next morning Ervin Tarushi and his assistant were outside our home to install our brand new unit. They both were very professional and in hours our unit was installed. Ervin explained everything he did how often I needed to change the filter how to use the thermostat etc. As soon as they were done Adonay called us to make sure we were happy with the job done, which we were. Our family highly recommended this wonderful company Red Cap for any air or plumbing issues.
This was the manager that showed up to inspect the damage caused by their tech falling through our ceiling, well he didn’t even want to come in the house to see the damage. He told me he would send an electrician to fix the wires that were damaged and that they will send a contractor to fix the ceiling but never heard from them again.
Red Cap Company has always been professional, courteous, kind and knowledgeable in the service and work that has been done for me. (1. Kitchen drain pipes that needed cleaning all the way to the Septic tank.; 2. Installation of the hot water heater.; 3. Draining the hot water heater.; 4. Installation of the kitchen faucets.) *** They sent emails and made phone calls to confirm someone is coming and who the service provider will be (name) and what time the person will be at my house.*** Everything that is to be worked on is COMPLETELY explained to my satisfaction. Every question is answered. They show me what they are doing as they do it and talk to me about the job. This is the very BEST company that stands by their commitment on their services. Red Cap Company is the only company I will ever call, for anything I need around my home 🏡. From the first person I speak to on the phone ( The most courteous, real person, voice ! They make sure to help you in any way they can)... to the completion and satisfaction of the job, I am very grateful for an extremely reputable company. Red Cap,,, y'all are TOP'S. Today, July 6th, I was desperate 😭. I called Red ♥️ Cap and I was told "someone is on the way"🙏🎶.... Adrian was my technician. He was on time, professional, and he explained what he would be doing, Adrian made me Very happy when the drain clog was cleared ☺️ 🎶🎶 ! (It. Was. Stuck -!!) Adrian had the pipes cleared and I can wash the dishes ,😂😂 ! Adrian is wonderful. He has great work ethics and is extremely professional. I am so grateful 🙏. I will say it again,,, I will only use Red ♥️ Cap . They are the only company I will ever call. I've used Red ♥️ Cap in the past for several different reasons and I have always been satisfied with the work and ethics of the employees. yesterday, i had my ew split mini installed. the installers arrived at 10:00. at 12:30.the electician (John) arrived with two helpers...so far, so good....all went downhill from there.what should have been a 7 hour job at the most....was not completed until a bit after 9:00pm. John was told his two helpers would be back to help him comlete the project....the company insted sent his helpers off to another job....and never returned....John had to finish most of the work by himself (by the way...I would reccomend John to anyone)...it was not his fault that he had to exhaust himsellf and have me inconvienced for almost the entire day...management needs to do a better job in how they treat their young hard working techs. John gets 5 stars.....your managenemt 0! I am amending the review that I gave several days ago. I appreciate that the manager personally came to my home to apologize and offered me some compensation. He assured me that this type of inconvenience would never happen again.

Jordan was great. Communicated through out the whole process and answered all our questions. We were dealing with a curious and cranky toddler through the process but Jordan was great through it all.

Technician Simon Luke was excellent…informative, polite, and patient with my questions. His detailed analysis of my AC system was very helpful to me in prioritizing the issues affecting both the inside unit and the outside unit. Could not have asked for a better experience!
Michael was very informative, answered all my questions, very professional and courteous, I am getting my AC unit installed tomorrow! Definitely would recommend this company, so glad they work with home depot and I got hooked up with them!!!
We have used Red Cap Plumbing for years, and have always been satisfied with their service. So much so that we have never thought to look elsewhere or even comparison shop. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of having Juan Lopez as our service tech, and if I needed yet another reason to stick with Red Cap, Juan was it. He is professional, courteous, extremely thorough, and has great people skills. And if you ask a question, he makes sure he answers *your* question, not the company interpretation of your question. He is a fine technician and I hope there is a way that I can request him specifically on future service calls. Six and a half stars!

I'm happy with Red Cap but you're asking me to evaluate them coming out to do an estimate. I was called by your office at 10:30 and you said the plumber would be there in 20 to 30 minutes. I was at the property by 10:50. At 11:15 I called for an update and was told he was around the corner. At 11:40 I called and said I had to move on. I saw him from my rear view mirror that he had arrived but being an hour late is not acceptable. If you are going to be late than call the client. Don't have the client call you.
Blake Stasyuk visited my house 6/24 he advise that my capacitor may need to be replaced and of mold build up around my coils due to humidity. He gave me some quotes which I knew were over inflated. I got a second opinion and was advise that my capacitor was operating in a normal range. I was able to get a UV light for $250 with install. Keep in mind I was quoted $1100 from Blake. Also, my drain line wasn't flushed. I thought this was included with the tune up. Beware of sales tactics. These companies use cheap rates to get in the door then use sales tactics to sell you more. Do your homework people. I wasted $69 with this company.
