Wouldn't trust this company. They're driver was road raging in wesley chapel on SR 56 7/7/23 at roughly 2 PM. He's a danger to the public and threatened my wife with a tin hammer.
Mark was fast and efficient.
Jimmy arrived on time. Flushed the drain pipe out, the only thing that was not checked was the unit in the back to make sure freon was sufficient and any other thing that needed to checked. He said he was not able to get to it , because of the shrubs around the unit was to high and they need to be cut down. I advised him I would have my lawn service person to cut them down.

The second time I’ve used them. Even Though the second time they did not come Out, but explain what to do over the phone I had my other ac up and running in mins.
Called progressive in the morning and a tech was out same day. Adam was professional, answered all our questions and provided opinions for AC repair. Would definitely recommend progressive Air
The service seemed to be thorough. The tech explained things to me. Fortunately everything was in good working order. I was not at the beginning of the six hour window and happened to be the last one in the service window but that wasn't not the tech's fault. The cost was reasonable and fair! The receipt includes a summary of the visit, readings that were taken. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend them. The office was very responsive to my inquiries.
Progressive Air delivered top notch quality estimate of my A/C installation and the Technician Jesus C, did one heck of an installation. I will use them for any future work related to HVAC system

Fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable company. We had an issue with our A/C I wasn't able to troubleshoot and their technician had us up and running within 30 min. Also gave us some nice tips to prolong the life ouf our A/C and Furnace.
This was a great experience!! Clean cut service rep in a company logo attire. Clean neat and orderly while doing the maintenance of our hvac unit. Answered all of my questions professionally and with patience. Felt very comfortable . Would I sign another contract with this company??? Of course!! This is a quality outfit. Cheers

Roberto was super helpful & genuine with the service he provided. Turns out it was a super simple fix and helped explain what happened. He was even kind enough to notice we have children so he took his boots off while inside the house to not track anything in. Highly recommended due to the professionalism, respect & care he puts into his work. Thank you!
Very unprofessional company. They say they are 24/7 company but they clearly are not. I called them 9/22/2022 at 8:42pm to express my concerns. I get the call from a tech at 9:05pm telling me he is the only one working and has 2 calls ahead of me saying he wouldn't be able to make it to my home until 1am. I told him no problem I have a 1 year old and 4 year old daughter in a 85 degree home. I let him know it didn't matter what time to me I needed service ASAP and they don't care. He said he will have someone from the office call in the morning to set an appointment...... At 10:06pm I called a second time seeing maybe someone else will actually help me. The dispatcher Megan was the only one who seemed to care and let me know she will put another service order in and have someone come out last night. I never received another call back last night.... I now call in to speak with a manager and get a gentleman named TOM who says he's the only manager there and is telling me that I'm being disrespectful. TOM tells me "You have to give respect to get respect." I'm a unhappy customer with a hot home calling to get service done and instead of them trying to help; I have techs telling me its to late to come when I thought they are a 24/7 company? I have a "manager" combating everything issue and concern I told him instead of caring and helping. I deal with angry customers all day a my own job and it's my job to make them happy. If I talked to my customers the way these people spoke to me I wouldn't have a job! I'm not sure how you people are still in business and reading your other reviews I can see I'm not the only one dealing with this. Very disappointed......
