Eric James, like always, did a great job under very hot conditions. I have been counting on Nuccio Heating & Air for 23+ years. I would not consider anyone else.
Jacob was timely, very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. You should be very proud of him.
He was the only one who came out to check the fan setting on ac Which were extremely high. He adj it according to mfg specification which helped with the cooling and removing humidity in house.
They were on time, on a Saturday, to replace my thermostat. Eric was very thorough in explaining how the new thermostat works. Unfortunately, the new thermostat is very difficult for a visually impaired person to read.
The staff are very nice and professional when they come to my house to do my air conditioning service.
I was so happy with the great service I received this weekend. I called Sunday AM when my A/C wasn’t working. Jacob Vargas arrived shortly after noon and in just a few minutes he identified and repaired the problem. Much to my delight, there was no service call charge as I had had annual maintenance done less than 30 days ago. In addition, I received a 15% discount. I had expected extra charges for weekend work, so this was a pleasant surprise. I have been a customer of Nuccio for over 25 years and have always been happy with your service, but this was the icing on the cake. Thank you!
Mr. Eric James diagnosed my ac evaporator issue quickly. It was a simple fix and it was up and running again!
Paul was so nice and did a great job. He explained the maintenance program to Mr and provided me with thorough information on our new home's system He was polite, courteous and friendly.
I had my A/C unit replaced a few years ago and the service after the sale has been exceptional. I have yearly service done to keep the unit in tip top shape. They contacted me in advance to schedule an appointment. A week before I had to change the day and time....done with no hassle. The repairman/maintenance man arrived on time and completed the work in a reasonable time. He made sure I was happy with the work before he left. I recommend this business to any and all. Have used them over 30 years.
Nuccio has always been great. Ronald Nunez came out and performed my a/c maintenance. He is very thorough and explained everything to me. I'm very pleased with both Nuccio as a company and Ronald Nunez as a technician. I would highly recommend Nuccio for all of your a/c needs.

I was having ac issues and called Nuccio. An appointment was scheduled quickly and the tech James N. arrived on time. He diagnosed the issue and explained what needed to be done. The work was completed quickly and my ac is back to working great. We have been using Nuccio for years and will continue to do so.
Very satisfied with Nuccio Heating & Air Conditioning. We have an annual maintenance contract with them and they keep both of our central A/C units in top operating condition. They also respond very quickly when we do occasionally have an emergency repair issue.
I have used them several times at my place of business. They have always shown up when they said they'd be there. From the front office to the HVAC tech coming out they are professional and courteous. Reasonably priced as well.
Matt arrived on time and as scheduled. He was very professional and extremely courteous. When he completed the maintenance. He completely went over what was done and the state of the units.
The technicians were good & very thorough They were Courteous and walked me through the new unit on operations they also cleaned up areas that were impacted with the install After the job was completed you could not tell if they’ll ever been to the house for the installation I would recommend this company
Ronald is Amazing! Fast Friendly and Excellent work ethic. I would recommend him to anyone. Nuccio has been Wonderful there 22 Years and I will keep them for another 22
