It's a great store with many tools and parts to choose from.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff, clean facility, and a large selection of products.
Staff is mostly friendly. There is one guy that made us feel a little unwelcome because we showed up 20 minutes before close. But otherwise was a good experience. Picked up a mobile order I placed and left.

I dropped off my pressure washer for repair. George welcomed me and made me so comfortable about dropping it off. This man made my 47 mile trip worth the drive.

The site says they will do repairs even if you bought the item somewhere else. This is not true. They flat out denied fixing my pressure washer. Waste of my time. Won’t ever be back.

Great tools at a great price and if you join the club you get free shipping.. I don't remember the membership cost I believe it was under $40 for 1 year and I've saved that many times over getting free shipping. They are fast and efficient.
Do not shop with Northern Tool, especially any type or promotion. They'll send you the part you pay for then never send you & cancel the promotional item. Complete bait n' switch & false advertising. They will not send you any notification of this nor make it right (even though they have said promotional item in stock). Per their words "we have a right to make a mistake as a company" and that this happens all the time. Just in this particular case this same thing was done to thousands of customers with no resulution and most still waiting for something that will never come. Don't trust them!!!

I bought a $400 chainsaw to ship outside the countryApparentlyThey put gas in every chainsaw and as consequence can't clear customs and apparently if you return something over 250 They will only reimburse you with a check that takes 10 to 14 days to arrive
