Highly recommend Mr. Nice Guy! We use for our own personal HVAC needs & my husband and I are real estate agents & whenever a client needs service or a repair comes up on inspection we always recommend using these guys! Always professional, on time, great communication, & quality work!
I can't say enough great things about this guy!! Saved me so much money compared to another company because he ACTUALLY has knowledge. Always available to at least return a phone call even if he can't get out to us for a day or two.
Really great service by Gus and his crew. They took the time to take every cover out,. clean and then vacuum the vent with their RotoBrush tool. Friendly and professional to deal with. I plan to utilize their services again in the future
I have to say he was professional and quick to respond in my time of need. Have a rental property that was having cooling issues. I called Nice Guy and same day my issue was resolved. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

All I can say is what an honest company I had issues with cooling in my house and had some estimates from other company's than I called Gus and he looked at my a/c system and turns out it's just dirty coils he used this really cool machine and cleaned all my ducts and my a/c is running and cooling great thanks Gus
I've had Nice Guy Mechanical out to my house twice for different jobs and can't say enough great things about them. For the first job, they were the only company in the entire Tampa Bay area that I found that runs new dryer vents. The pricing was fair and the service was prompt. The second time, I noticed that my mini-split AC was leaking and Nice Guy Mechanical was out the same day to repair the unit.

Very friendly and professional when they came to my house and worked on my AC unit. Didn't try and sell us anything we didn't need. Honesty! I love when I find it in a company. Will stick with them for our future needs.
