I am a repeat customer of National Air warehouse. My first purchase was about 3 years ago for a Gas furnace, and AC system. Prices, delivery and customer service was excellent, so when I needed to replace my heat pump at a another location I didn't hesitate to make the purchase with National Air Warehouse. There was a stocking problem with one of the items I ordered and Mathew called and immediately notified me about it and worked with me for a different replacement that would work, Once again the purchase price, delivery and customer service is outstanding. they are my go to company for my HVAC needs.
This is my second heat pump system I've ordered from National Air. It arrived within a week. The outside unit was damaged, but they immediately sent out a replacement unit and it arrived within 4 days. Great service! Friendly and always helpful. I plan on ordering an additional unit before the end of summer.

Good price, on time delivery, no sales tax. My furnace did not come with an owner's manual from the factory. National Air was kind enough to print out the paper work and mail it to me for my records. Much appreciated.
VERY EASY TO FIND EQUIPMENT ON WEB SITE. PLACED ORDER ON LINE AFTER CONFIRMING PRODUCT AVABILITY. EVAP. COIL WAS NOTIN STOCK BUT WAS RECEIVED IN A FEW DAYS AND HEAT PUMP WITH FURNACE WAS SHIPPED. ORDER WAS RECEIVED IN 3 DAYS. INSPECTED EQUIPMENT BEFORE UNLOADING.EVERYTHING WAS IN GREAT SHAPE. ONLY ISSUE WAS SAIA TRACKING NUMBER WAS NO GOOD BUT BEFORE I COULD CALL ABOUT TRACKING IT WAS HERE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NATIONAL AIR WAREHOUSE.
The shipper damaged my air handler and National Air Werehouse replaced it as soon as the hurricane was past.

Absolutely terrible service and products. AC condenser arrived 2 months ago having been smashed by a forklift. NAW will not take the unit back, had to contact my cc co. to submit a dispute, used the Norton shopping guarantee and yet the AC unit still sits in my driveway.. Sure you might get a working unit delivered, but if you don't you won't get any help from this company. Don't take a chance this company is awful.
We had one of three identical Goodman thermostats go out in our home in Houston. As that model was no longer being currently made, our a/c man was about to install a similarly operating current model but different brand. My Google search found a number of new ones at NAW, and I ordered two to be sure we had another backup. They came in half the time NAW said it might take, so we were very pleased. The price was within $5 of the substitute we almost had to get locally.
This was a great experience. Communication was excellent. I dealt directly with a young man who was on the property not in his home several states away. He made sure I was ordering what I needed. The split system arrived as scheduled. The price included a lift gate which was much appreciated and necessary. Using my certified A/C installer and this split system saved me $2000. I am on a fixed income, this was huge. Thank you National Air Warehouse. I tell anyone who will listen to me that this is the way to go.
Absolute worst. DOA unit on arrival, Goodman did everything they could to help but national air wanted us to jump through their hoops not required by Goodman that would add days to customer without heat. Customer service name was Mathew, he yelled at the customer service women because they told him how wrong he was. Shameful customer service from national air.
I ordered the air conditioner of this company at end of January.because I ordered extra parts I call to ask they said I can return it.so I spent $70 to the UPS use very professional package sent it back, one week later I called the person who answered the phone and said in one or two days credit to my account ,I have been waiting for almost a month and haven’t received the refund .during this time I made several phone calls still tells me one or two days credit to my account.this morning I made two calls to this company the first time the guy said would be call me back later but I waited for long time didn’t receive a call back .the second time I called back another person said that funds could be refunded there was some damage only part of it can be refund,I think that is not reasonable why people never said it got damage until today ,I have a record of every call and attach the return package pictures.
I purchased a Goodman HVAC unit from National Air Warehouse in April 2021. I purchased an 80,000 BTU furnace and they sent me a 60,000 BTU furnace but the A coil was for an 80,000 BTU so it won’t fit the furnace. I contacted National Air and they will not take back the furnace and send me an 80,000 BTU furnace to match up with the A Coil unit. Now I have to buy another furnace at around 1095.00 and all National Air has to do is take back the wrong unit and send me to correct one. I even offered to pay to ship the unit back.
I received a damaged severely damaged heat pump. I followed the rules for getting a delivered damaged code and immediately contacted them. They said they would file a claim and issue a refund. After months they eventually would not respond and never resolved the issue. These guys are shady. Stay away from them.
