Locke's Expert & Quality Service Did a Fantastic job!!! Quick and Cool, right before summer.
After being in the service industry for many years, Jeremy was the epitome of what you expect for customer service. Arrived early, worked quickly, and explained everything in detail every step of the way. Very knowledgeable, and beyond professional!
My AC stopped producing cold air late in the afternoon and early the next morning I called Locke's Expert & Quality Air Service. They had a technician at my house before 10:00 am which I liked very much. Jeremy the technician did some routine maintenance on my AC and within an hour my AC was cranking out cold air again. Jeremy was very courteous and explained everything he did to the AC in detail and I learned a lot. Jeremy is a very knowledgeable AC tech and I HIGHLY recommend him. The service response was excellent. Phone calls were answered immediately. The technician fixed the problem and explained what I could do to help make the entire system last a bit longer. I was thinking about replacing the unit because it's 24 years old. However the technician said it still has some life in it. I requested a level two maintenance, which included cleaning the blower fan and the compressor coils. The inspection indicated the inside "A" coil was fine and did not need cleaning. The equipment they use is wirld class. The training and experience is second to none. The communication and responsiveness was outstanding. Yep, I will not use anyone else. Honest, quick, fair, and a great value.
Very professional, attentive to detail, when you raise a concern to them they make sure that they get on it right away. Amazing people.
Another company estimated my air handler job needed a motor ,cost $750 plus labor ,lockes service man determined the motor was under warranty replaced it and my only charge was Labor .a clean ,check of my specs on air conditioner and did a wonderful job thank you Lockes

Thank you so much Lockes A/C. I was so hot this morning and noticed that my outside unit wasn’t running. After getting some advice on our community facebook group and changing out my own capacitor it still wouldn’t run and just making a humming sound. Thanks to Harold Jr. for coming out on Saturday at 830pm my newborn doesn’t have to wait til Monday for the company that install all the acs in our subdivision to come out. Excellent service and I highly recommend your company Jr. Thanks again!
Laura seemed very friendly & knowledgeable over the phone, but when it came to *actually* getting the work done, Locke's Expert & Quality A/C falls short. They do NOT call when they say nor do they show up when the say or even bother to inform you that they're running late or completely forgot about you, altogether.
Great service. Louis was amazing. He answered all my questions so that I understood and went over everything with me. This was my first time using them, but won’t be the last!!
I could not be more impressed!!! Even with the holiday weekend they were able to install a new system for me super fast. Very responsive and helpful!!! I've never been happier to give my money to a company. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. So happy I went with this company.

Luis showed up exactly at scheduled time. He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. He fixed our A/C and did maintenance on the unit as well. We were extremely pleased with the service and the cost was very reasonable. We were so pleased that we signed up for the maintenance program which is very I affordable. I highly recommend this company.

Jermey from Locke's came out to do Maintenance and repair leaking ducts . Did amazing job showed me photos of what needed repaired and gave me pricing options to replace or repair . Very satisfied with the service call
Our AC quit working. We called our usual service guy and he stated we needed a whole new system and gave us a quote. Not wanting to only consider one quote, we called Locke’s. Harold quoted 5% lower for the exact same system and installed a wireless digital thermostat that is compatible with Alexa also. His quote was quick and in writing. He had the unit in stock and installed it the very next day. He was extremely thorough and professional. I was thrilled with this service and will use Locke’s from this point on.
