After being a customer of Kenny's AC for several years, the company really let me down. I needed emergency service on a weekend and after leaving 4 calls on Saturday and 1 call on Sunday, with no response . . I must fire them. It's a shame when a company advertises 24-hour service.
Would highly recommend Kenny's AC. Have been using them for years at our home. Always responsive, extremely courteous workers. They, get the job done. AC was up to 86° in the middle of June, and had us up and running again within an hour.
Anthony Johnson was outstanding. He was efficient, found the issues, provided excellent information, resolved all issues. Very professional.
Evan was very knowledgeable and friendly as always.
Kenny’s is amazing! Friendly employees and fast turnaround. My hvac went kaput and they installed the next day! Would recommend them to anyone.

This company was fantastic to work with. The repairs needed were very complex and this company did great work finding a quick solution and repairing the unit. I am in Ohio and worked with this company to repair the ac unit for an older relative. They were very responsive and easily accessible, as well as patiently answering my questions and calls. Always very friendly. I loved that you recieved texts and the name of technician who was on their way. Great to work with them. I would highly recommend Kenny's to anyone needing ac repairs. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work they did.

To say I’m pleased is a massive understatement- your crew today performed the most above & beyond service I’ve ever received from a technician team. I want to specifically mention each of the team’s professional demeanor & answering all my questions (even ones I thought were stupid). Jerry was amazing! His keen eye for detail caught many areas that my existing property needed to be brought up to par— I can’t thank him enough for setting my property up for success. Jerry also was able to figure out a genius idea to help get my condenser into a tight space; which required them to disassemble & reassemble the entire unit!!! This would have been when other crews backed out of the job; NOT KENNY’s! Joelle was amazing! He worked incredibly hard throughout the duration of the project— always positive - even when having to take a heavy handler out of a small tight space— really good energy throughout the install for executing on some heavy work. My 3rd technician Eddy did an amazing job with all the soldering aspects and was additionally really good energy and conversation. Last but not least, the President Joe— Joe pulled an incredible amount of strings for me to get the exact branded condenser & handler that I wanted. This level of service is un-matched from working with prior HVAC companies. Your team & company surpassed all my expectations and some. Thank you sincerely for all the hard work again, and getting all the right strings pulled for the Carrier unit. This business is amazing— customer for life!
Reliable, dependable, professional and the same techs seem to come for several years to do the system check ups.
Service was prompt and our technician, Evan, knew the problem was a drain clog immediately and promptly fixed the issue. He was very polite and professional. I’ve always been happy with my service!
