Excellent Service - Thank you
We called with an AC unit not turning on. Ash showed up way faster than expected. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, fix it during the same visit, and polite and professional the whole time. These are my team for all AC issues now.
Good people to work with, they maintained and repaired several of my rooftop and split units.

I may be a little biased, but in my opinion, K&M is one of the most skilled and friendly commercial contractors in the Tampa Bay area.
