Best A/C service I've ever used. James T was exceptionally thorough in his analysis of the problem. He was very diligent in his testing and diagnosis. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend John's A/C service.
Would recommend to anyone needing any ac/heating repair or maintenance.
I knew I was going to need service for a few years and had been avoiding it until my unit finally quit working. I called up John's AC and even though I wasn't able to get away from work they were still able to come out to the house and assess my issue. Unfortunately, the cost of repair was so high (its a 17 year old unit. It had a good life) it made more sense in getting a new system. It took a little longer that expected to get the parts in due to the supply chain but in the meantime without me asking they were able to bring me out a portable AC unit that they let me have for no extra charge while I waited. This made a huge difference in my comfortability while i had to wait. Once the day came for the install, they were able to come in the morning and by the afternoon I had a whole new system and working AC! Everyone of the technicians and receptionists I had the pleasure of speaking with were very helpful and nice to talk to.
This company earns every star. So professional, trustworthy, and efficient. My husband shops around, is very involved in home maintenance, and very tight with money. He selected John's a/c for a large system repair, even though we are in a different county an hour away. Years later....he is out of state and the a/c breaks. I called them after trying all the tricks, clearing the line, etc. and they sent an awesome technician out the same day. He was extremely professional and did a thorough investigation and testing. A new part was needed and it was installed quickly the next morning. I cannot emphasize the trust and professionalism of this company, the owners, the technicians. They stand by the work they do. I wish I could give more stars!!!!
Steve was the technician, and he was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and was very helpful with all the questions I had. He cleaned up after himself and near the end asked if I had anymore questions. I am so thankful the job was completed and we were cool again.
John's has been around for a long time. In fact we knew John from over 30 yrs ago when he helped out my mom when he was doing handyman stuff. We had him install a new AC & so far everything has been great. We have them come out twice a year to service our ac too. Today I had Daniel come out to fix the ac & he was very professional & was very pleasant to be around. Thank you John & thank you Daniel. Nothing but good things to say!
Daniel was very professional, and courteous. He arrived on time and was thorough in his inspection and assessment of our aging ac, he was even thorough in his cleanup afterward. We will definitely use them in the future, especially when it comes time to replace our old unit.
I absolutely think this company is the best. We have complete confidence in them that they will find the problem and fix it at a fair price. David one of their technicians is always professional, and courteous. Highly recommend them.
had them install whole house ac 5 years ago had problem last week with ac called they cam out had to replace whole outside ac unit at no cost as i had taken ext. warranty thank goodness got here at 3 in afternoon and had ac working at 7 that night David did good job and wonderful to deal with no cutting corners. good job

John a/c is amazing, they were extremely fast and responded quickly, David is very professional, courteous very friendly and knowledgeable he explained everything to me and I would recommend John A/C and David the Technician he rocks!!!
Very rude on the phone. Unable to communicate a simple question. They were unable to tell me if emergency service cost more or if I needed it. Simple question but i guess not.
Dave was great. Showed up on time and fixed the problem. Very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend.
This is the first time that I used John's Service and I could not be more pleased. With the cold weather that we have been having recently it finally was time for me to run my heat. Unfortunately my heating system had other ideas. My service tech was very pleasant to deal with and was able to get me up and running very quickly. I will definitely call John's the next time that I need any kind of heat or air conditioning service.
I have never experienced such of fantastic customer service, I had my AC fixed today with John's after another company came last week and told me that there was a broken part on my new 1yr old Unit? Which I was suspicious about it and did not hire them. Johns Air took time and listen to me regarding the problems and they without ANY pressure was able to clearly communicate and able to fix the unit. (by the way the part that the other company was telling me to change was Never broken). Thank you John's Air for your honesty and quick response. You are my number 1 service company. Adam and Valentino did an excellent job of installing a new furnace and reconfiguring the air conditioner intake vents. The workmanship is high quality. They worked continuously until they completed the job and even swept the garage and thoroughly cleaned up any litter left around. An important part of their work was to take out an a/c intake vent that was in the living room and install two new intake vents in two other parts of the house. This drastically cut down on the roar of the previous intake vent and made the house much quieter when the a/c runs and the master bedroom is much cooler. Overall, they performed a miracle, if you will, for me.
AC went out on a Saturday, placed call. Adam, the technician, called back, was able to give an approximate time to show up and kept to within a reasonable amount of time. Adam was able to troubleshoot and repair issue quickly. Very professional and didn't try to up sale the repair. Great job as always!

Our air conditioning system quit working last evening. In addition to not working, there were about 5 inches of water on the floor of the air conditioner “cabinet”. So we put on all of our ceiling fans and managed to get a decent night’s sleep, even though the temp in the house was up to 81 this morning! I called John’s first thing this morning, and spoke with Cindy, who was very helpful and promised someone would be by between 1 and 5 o’clock this afternoon to take care of us. Right on schedule, Adam was at our door. He assessed the problem, assured us that everything would be fine and left us with a working system and a cooler home!! A big “thank you” to Cindy and Adam for making our first experience with John’s a very good one!! We will definitely be using them for all our air conditioning needs!!
Had a air handler leak. John’s came out first thing in the morning. Jake, the technician did a great job fixing the problem. Explained everything he had to do. Very nice and pleasant young man. Signed up for their yearly maintenance agreement which I highly recommend. They’ll come out twice a year and check your system. Peace of mind, for sure. Great outfit. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
