Pascal is the absolute best! He came in on his day off to support and complete my whole house water treatment system. Hit a few hiccups with my existing equipment and he persevered and completed... 5* all the way!

Jason Thompson was very polite and informative. He not only performed necessary service but showed me how to continually perform basic maintenance to avoid issues in the future. He also explained and showed me how to clean the drain line and how to keep it clean. I highly recommend him for your air conditioning needs and he represents the company very well, they should be proud of him.

I chose Integrity because of their 5 star reviews. Well now I am adding another one. Jonathan was the service technician who arrived early and solved the problem with our ac. He was professional, extremely knowledge, and talked me through my problems and how they could be fixed. Our ac is up and running and the price was reasonable. We are very happy customers and will recommend Integrity to my friends.
Antonio is fast at responding to the problem that I had. He was professional at explaining the situation and the things that needed to be done. They came out fast on a holiday weekend. I would use this company over and over again.

Cyle king and his partner Jason came to my mom's to do a plumbing job , cyle was awesome did a great job replacing the pipe that was leaking . His partner Jason was very helpful also . Cyle was very qualified in his knowledge of the job he was doing .definitely will recommend Integrity home solutions to other people .
Steve Thompson was our electrician today. He came in and knocked out our work quickly and with precision. He was very knowledgeable and professional the entire time. I was impressed. Ernesto gave me different options on fixes. I opted to just get a whole new system. They are coming today to install it. I call last night at 8pm and less than 24 hours later, I will have a new more efficient system. So impressed with the company and the professionalism the crew have! Very thankful
Florida is having record temperatures and of course my AC breaks. It was 94 degrees in my house. I called integrity hime solutions and Jake was dispatched. Jake did a great job, I did not feel pressured to purchase anything extra and he fixed my issue on the spot. He had me back up and running in about an hour and it is already much cooler in the house. Thank you, I will be calling again for future work and will recommend to others.

I called after 7pm for an emergency AC repair and they advised someone would be out between midnight and 4am. Jason was at my door by 11pm. He was very polite, professional and he gave me multiple options for the repair/replacement of the AC. Unfortunately, I have a very old unit (20 years) and the cost to repair it would be over half of the cost for a brand new unit. They will be back out tomorrow to get the whole thing replaced. Thank you Jason for your efficiency and care!
Tony did a great job and was very honest. We were asking to put an outlet under the sink so we could change our garbage disposal and Tony let us know the better option is how it is currently installed which is through hardwiring directly.
Our service technician was the best! He took time look over everything, explain his findings and showed us all the plans of action.
