I recently needed help on a Friday evening holiday weekend when my air conditioner stopped working. Independent Air quickly sent out a service technician who promptly got my AC working. This was not the first time that Independent Air quickly came to my rescue to get my AC working. You can count on Independent Air to provide professional, prompt, friendly service not matter when you need them.
Provided service agreed to in a timely manner; no waiting like the cable guy "Larry".
Whole experience from calling them to install was professional and polite.

My A/C went out the evening before Father’sDay. I called first thing in the morning expecting to be put off until Monday. To my surprise I was added to the schedule that day and my A/C system was up and running within a few hours. Independent Air went above and beyond my expectations. I was informed of the technician who would be coming to look at the unit and given a timeframe to expect him. He was prompt, professional and explained the issues. I feel the cost was reasonable. I was totally satisfied. I even purchased a maintenance plan. Thank you Independent Air.
Had air purifier installed on furnace in 5/2023.. Am very pleased!! Breathing for me has improved 💯. Installers were very professional... Would recommend this company for quality service....Mary Loveday
Drain line was not draining properly. Used a snake and a chemical wash to eliminate the problem in the future. Came the same day as called.
Very impressed! Prompt, courteous, respectful & knowledgable staff. Repaired issue with our 20+ year old AC system & offered options for replacement.
This may be a second posting, but why not say it again since in my opinion Independent Air is twice as good as any other HVAC company! A/C stopped working Saturday, early evening), I called Independent Air and to my delight a real person answered the phone and he was also the technican on call. He told me when he was available the next day on Sunday. He arrived on time in the early afternoon & of course the suspected problem was with the air handler, which is in the attic. The heat in the attic was close to unbearable but Ricardo was tenacious and diagnosed the problem. Since the vehicle he arrived in was for the standby technician’s use, he searched the vehicle & found the motor needed. He easily could’ve said he didn’t have the part and put off the repair until early in the morning when it would be much cooler in the attic. The work ethic for each of the Independent Air technicians I’ve dealt with is nothing short of extraordinary. I’ve said it before & I’ll keep saying it, “I’m dependent on Independent Air!

Very happy with the routine maintenance service. To me seemed comprehensive, more extensive than the service we had from pone of their competitors last year.
The office staff were excellent as well as friendly and good communicators. The service tech (Ricardo) was on time, very knowledgable and efficient. He diagnosed a problem in the system before it failed and replaced it. Ricardo answered all my questions and I have great confidence in this company and the honesty of their employees. It's great to find a company that is trustworthy.
