Emergency electrical situation on Saturday - the technician arrived soon after the call. Would recommend for emergency services.
I have a warranty through this company that they refuse to honor. they sent a technician out to my house two days ago because my unit that was purchased brand new through them in 2018 can't keep up with the thermostat and keeps freezing up. the technician added freon and said everything is fine so tonight the unit is frozen again and when called they said "we might can work you in on Tuesday" 5 days from now.. when my mother asked if they could come any sooner the girl on the other end hung up on her. we're currently pursuing legal action against this company as they have had to "fix" our unit 8 times in the last 3 years. wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
Second time needing their services and both times they were able to come out same day. Technicians are professional and extremely knowledgable on my issues. Very friendly and explained everything to include pricing prior to doing any work. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Kii was exceptional. He was professional, personable and informative. He efficently went about his work installing 4 ceiling fans and cleaned up even the tiniest bit of dust he made. This was our second work order with Kii and he was equally exceptional on both visits. He is an asset to your organization. We will specifically request Kii for any future electrical needs.
Mike and Sasha did an excellent job, they went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right.

I have NEVER had a company as responsive, prompt, and up-front with everything before. I loved everything from the initial call with Melissa, to our technician, Kii. He was on time, love the app that lets you track where they are and has their photo so you know who to expect. I could go on and on about them and the quality of the work. Hands-down one of the best companies I’ve ever interacted with. Would not hesitate to call them for anything!
Kris arrived at my residence and was very respectful. He listened attentively to my issues and was honest upfront on what he can do to fix the problems with my electric system. He never rushed me in any way shape or form and maide me comfortable on the decisions based on the options he made available based on the information I gave him and only after he inspected the system. very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and most of all a great person. I highly recommend anyone needing to fix or replace your system to give Electric Today Home Services Hero a call. They are also military friendly and gave me a discount for my service. When we lost power, I searched for an electrician and home service heroes came up at the top of the list, so I figured I would give them a call. The phone representatives was great about getting someone out there as soon as possible, because we were sitting without air conditioning and power in the heat of the Florida summer. It was around 2:30, and by 3:30, they had dispatched a team to my house and they were ready to work. Chris and Derek were absolutely fantastic! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a more trustworthy, transparent, patient, and processional pair. I’m no electrician, I had no idea what was going on, and they broke down every possible option we had, and made it super easy to understand so my boyfriend and I felt comfortable and confident making the best decision for our house, our safety, and our financial situation. Without a doubt, we will use Chris and Derek for all future electrical needs, and trust home service heroes for all future hvac and plumbing issues.
Huge thanks to Sammy. My AC unit began leaking and required a bucket to catch water. I have a home warranty and used the company they sent out and was told to keep the unit off with the fan on to for 48 hours to “dry the coils”. It got into the high 80’s during the day. Sammy came out to provide an insulation quote and inquired about the AC leaking/bucket of water. He asked if he could take a look, blew the system out, and temporarily fixed it so we could have AC for the night and came back out first thing this morning with the parts/device he needed and remedied the issue. I also appreciate the education provided, ensuring I had an understanding of what was going on and how the intervention would remedy the issue. Talk about quality service. Thank you, Sammy! I appreciate you going above and beyond.

Had my master bath lose power after some renovations in my attic. Called Home Service Herpes and they had Mark out the next business day. Within 20 minutes Mark had identified the issue and an hour later everything was fixed. A++ service and I highly recommend.
Lewis was the third technician and the only one who found the true source of our electrical problem. He was the most thorough, checked every outlet and triple checked that the root issue was discovered. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Give Lewis a promotion. We are so thankful.

This company sets the bar with their professionalism from the tech that quoted me to the customer service that I received when I called in to set my appointment. They were straight and upfront about all costs. Eddie the technician was calm and respectful at all times and always had a smile on his face. His experience in the field showed and his expertise shined during the work he performed at my home. From the moment he arrived on site I knew I had made the right choice in who I selected to do my electrical work. His mannerisms and the way he performed his job was top notch and his explanation on his work was easy and lite enough for me to understand. During the appointment as a customer I felt calm and at easy about the work that was being done. I did not hover over his work but I did periodically checks and Eddie did not mis a beat. He cleaned up all tools and debris with care and concern like he was cleaning his own yard and as a customer I really appreciate that. Now the install was a bit challenging but Eddie never showed it as he worked like a cool summer breeze. For me the costumer this appointment was a home run and I hate spending money but I am glad I made the call and got the work done with your company.. Eddie also got me signed up for the membership and I am looking forward to seeing how that goes. I look forward to meeting more of your team thru my membership. Mike and Jason were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable at what they were doing. They were thorough and explained everything while answering all my questions. They spoke to my kids with kindness and were genuinely interested in chatting about 10 year olds interests. Seriously, these guys were awesome!!!! I’ll recommend them a million times over.
They were quick to schedule and set up an appointment with little wait time. Our technician, Mark, was smart and helpful. The work was done quickly and affordably. Their maintenance plan is a reasonable cost, and we will be regular customers going forward. Highly recommend.
Eddie installed my camera doorbell and ceiling fan. He also fixed two of switches and an outlet. He was pleasant, professional, and did good work.
I called to have 4 wet rated recessed lights put under part of the Roof on house and install 2 flood lights in the rear that were non-existing. Kevin Graham the technician was there within the hour. One of the most patient, motivated, genuine nice person I’ve met in a long time. He met our expectations by a long shot. Will be using this company again.
