Lady who called me was RUDE, I was told 4:00 by my property manager then when she called I was told if I want it done at 4:00 my property manager can do it himself. Except the time she wanted to give me at 1:30 (she is calling me @12:50) while I’m at work across town or I can just cancel all together because they have “other” things to do! So unbelievably unprofessional, poor customer service and I had to leave work and speed home or I would have been without AC all together!
Fantastic service! The technician took care of our yearly maintenance and walked me through how to care for our system between services. Will definitely continue to use them!

Wow! I have nothing but respect and admiration for this company! Carlos was amazing! The installation crew was respectful, knowledgeable, professional and efficient! Very pleased with the work they did and the results! Super conscientious team of HVAC professionals! Highly recommend them! They installed AC and I did my maintenance with them but when I started having issues with the unit I texted the owner, Oscar, and he initially replied but when I told him the issue he became unresponsive. Had another AC come look at my issue and they said damage most likely due to poor quality installation. Stay away!
They will charge $500 for freon.

Im skeptical of AC companies after years of dealing with them and always trying to upsell you. Heavens Breeze was NOT that. They have been professional and ethical on my three occasions that i needed them. Once for a repair that did turn into a replacement at one of our rentals(It was a 20 year old system and I knew it was due), then to service the system they installed-nothing to do with them, and then again at a repair where it was only a capacitor and coil cleaning at an alternate rental. The price was reasonable, they showed when they said they would, and they didnt try to scare my wife into an entirely new system. Thank you for standing out. 2 year update: had two more issues with two different units within a month of each other, and once again they proved themselves worthy and reliable. 3 year update: we had an issue with the original installation company (NOT HEAVEANS BREEZE) and needed a complete clean and disinfect of the air handler. They came out did the job for a very reasonable price. They continue to give good customer service and honest prices. I can’t say enough about them!!!! Thank you again!!!
The company was highly recommended and I am very happy with all the services they provided. The installers were on time and cleaned up after themselves daily. My house is 48 years old and was in desperate need of new ducts and system. It was a big job! My last HVAC system lasted 16 years, so with this being a higher quality brand (Trane) I'm hoping this will be the Best and Final system I have installed!
At times it's almost impossible to find a good company that is run by even greater people, Heaven's Breeze is the one ac company you definitely want to hold on to. Oscar is man of his word and a stand up business man. And the lady who answers the phones is super sweet too. Thank you guys for everything.

Oscar and his crew did an amazing job replacing our AC unit and handler. The price was right, they worked hard to get the job done with a good attitude, and cleaned up/hauled old AC unit when the job was complete. Highly recommend this company if you want a fair price and quality job!

Good service..i bought an AC unit 3 years ago and its been working well and they do regular yearly service..good people..quick response..fair prices..good work.
It has been over a month since Heaven's Breeze installed a new Trane system for me and everything is working great. Carlos is very professional and takes pride in making sure his installers do excellent work. Carlos offered me an aggressive price in the middle of summer .I am very pleased that I called Heaven's Breeze.

Oscar and his crew are absolutely fantastic! They came out on a Sunday and had a new unit installed by Tuesday AM! Great service and great price! Incredibly professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
