This all started out as I look on facebook to get my ducks clean for $79 dollars. The person walk in said I had mold on my vents. then said it would cost me $900 with out looking at anything else. I told him to leave and he wanted $20 just for coming out. I didn't pay him anything. so I look up healthy homes. I talk to Trish and we made an appointment. Kirby come out and actually got up in the attic and look around. He took pictures and showed me everything. He was up front with everything. They are not the lowest and they are not the lowest price. I was told it would be a 2 day process. I was ask by one of my friend to check around and I did the price was cheaper and they said they would get it done in 1 day. So I did compare what I was getting yes I went with the little higher price. when googling what I was getting Healthy Home was the best. Trish help with the financial side. There was no way the other company could have done it in 1 day. I had Paul, Garrett and George doing the work. It took them the 2 days they keep everything clean and was very professional they work hard. So there was no way the other person could have done it in one day. Plus Healthy Home work around my schedule. because I am off Tue and Thur. so they did it on those days. I though me and my daughter was going to be hot with out an air conditioner. No because they brough in a portable air conditioner and we put in my daughter's room and left the door open. Kirby was very professional,friendly and answered all my questions promptly. He knew the product very well and explained everything in great detail, after installing our new air scrubber. Nicole was very professional,friendly hooking up our new water softener and filtration system. Jesus was our salesman that answered all of our questions about our water being tested , he was very professional,friendly, funny guy on the job. I would highly recommend this team.
I used Healthy Home for a complimentary air quality test, they were able to identify and diagnose my issue immediately. Then offered solutions and mitigation advice to help. They were professional, on-time and communicated throughout the whole scheduling and servicing portions of the visit. Although I only scheduled the air quality test, I will be using them as my go to HVAC service moving forward because I was so impressed.

Michael was great at initial visit. Nicole came today to replace a reverse osmosis system (RO). She overcame difficulty getting the tank in the tight space. After the install, she cleaned up and reprogrammed the regeneration cycle in my water softener. Mike helped me find this site. I had tried for over two hours and was getting frustrated. My sister was right, everyone there is very helpful. This company gets it. There's more to success than just selling a product or a service.

I've been a customer for a few years and the service is great. Patrica is so good in the office. She has helped me in times of trouble . They are spot on. I have the home filter systems. Purify the air I breath.
I called Healthy Home after I tried other companies that either didn’t answer their phones or had voicemail and I really didn’t want to leave message. Healthy Home had someone answer the phone and make an appointment right away to get a quote on cleaning our AC ductwork. They were punctual I received a quote and set up appointment for the following week to have the cleaning done. The following week George and Levi came by and set up their equipment. It took them about 5hrs to clean the ductwork but they did a good job and picked up and vacuumed before they left. I would definitely recommend this company and these guys!
Our AC unit is getting older now. It recently started to push out warm air. Kirby Smith from Healthy Home came over promptly to assess this problem. Kirby immediately identified the problem, replacing the capacitor and testing refrigerant pressures. Kirby explained how the AC system worked to me and all the existing factors involved in cooling the home. This ended up being a simple, cheap fix. No attempts to gouge the customer with unneeded services were made. Healthy Home is a good and honest business. When it comes time to get a new AC system, I know exactly who to call.
