Gulf Coast Air Installed my system 6 years ago and have serviced it twice a year ever since. Zero issues with the system and everyone at Gulf Coast has been great to work with. The owner, Bob Cochell, is a top notch guy. Want to stay cool and be treated fair, call Gulf Coast Air!
service personnel were rude and argumentative. Not welcome ! Problems occurred within a week after a maintenance service call that were related to items supposedly completed. New leaking problems require another repair but from another company!
The installation team did a great job. They were very courteous and polite.
We only call Gulf Coast Air Systems due to their impeccable service. We did get a few estimates to compare pricing prior to our new A/C and heating system replacement. Randy gave us a price that no one else even compared to for a quality unit. Angel and his crew were Amazing. They were on time and so respectful of our condo. There is a reason for all 5-star reviews and this company has definitely earned their reputation for perfection. We have recommended them to anyone we know that has A/C, heating issues.
If you have to take the plunge for a whole new system, trust this company to do it! The sales rep was timely, friendly and thorough. We felt good about signing the contract. The installation was hard work because of access issues but the crew never complained and worked so hard. They were polite and professional and cleaned up after they were finished. Great overall experience!
This is the best HVAC company around. I had so many problems with other companies before finding Gulf Coast. The experience from start to finish with them was a breathe of fresh air for me. Debi in the office was my 1st point of contact & she provided amazing customer service. Her knowledge and prompt follow ups were much appreciated. My installers for my warranty repair work were Peter & Ronnie. They were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was fair & market value unlike 3 other companies I researched. I will be a Gulf Coast customer for life now. If you don’t want to shop around like I did then just go with Gulf Coast cause I can promise you a fair price with prompt knowledgeable service. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Gulf Coast!
Technician came out to diagnose a mini split system. He started at the main AC unit. He diagnosed the unit to have a bad motor. Charged $106 for the call. He never checked the wiring or source of power. The breaker to the unit had blown and the unit is now operational. Serious questions about this tech’s knowledge and expertise.
This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Brandon was very thorough and diligent and very good at communicating what he was doing and recommending what I should do to get the most out of my air conditioner. I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I plan on requesting him for my next maintenance in 6 months. I am very fortunate to have found this company!
We have been using Gulf Coast Air Systems, Inc. for the past decade and am confident in their ability to show up when they say they will, do quality work, and charge a reasonable fee. We first hired them in 2012 to install a new system in a rental property we own. They have also serviced the A/C in our new home. We recommended them to the family members, who also hired them and are happy. It is sometimes difficult to find a company you can respect and trust but as I mentioned, Gulf Coast Air Systems, Inc. is a company you cand depend on. V & B

I called them today for a/c repiar, after 10 minutes technician reached out to me saying everything's double price on Sunday🙂.
All I want is a phone call that part is in or Not? Unprofessional and JUST BAD BUSINESS to leave a client hanging since the 9th of June.
Service Technician Michael is amazing!. He's very passionate on the work he did for my Carrier A/C unit and gives 1000% on the service work he does when fixing my A/C unit. He's Very professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service and tech service when doing both a diagnostic on my unit; in finding the root cause as to why my 2 yr old Carrier A/C unit wasn't cooling properly and fixed/resolved the issue at hand. My Carrier A/C unit is back up and running now and performing perfectly!. My home is nice and cold now during these hot Florida weather Temps. Im beyond grateful to Michael in resolving my A/C tech issue. I highly recommend using Michael for all your A/C tech service needs. You will NOT be disappointed at all. Micheal will now be my sole "go-to" service technician in handling all my a/c unit maintenance needs going forward for my home. My entire exprerience with Gulf Coast Air Systems as been superb!. From start to finish regarding my scheduled tech appt. I highly recommend using Gulf Coast Air Systems for all your a/c service needs. The staff is amazing and so professional!. This is one of the best companies i have ever dealt with, when a top official calls you to help, this is a 5 star company. There engineer's are impeccable, polite and professional. Their price was very competitive for miles. Their only concern was getting my house up and running as quick as possible. Also used A/C companies many times in Florida over the years, trust me Gulf Coast is the best, glad to have found them.
Send me the same Tech you sent last week. Very good at what he does. Never been disappointed with any Gulf Coast Techs. Recommend this company all the time.

Installed a new high seer, variable speed Lennox air system at my home. There were nothing but issues from the first week. I have since had to replace the unit before factory warrant had expired. They were difficult to deal with and the Lennox representative said it was installed incorrectly and the static pressure was off. Very disappointing. They also disregarded my request to deal with the bedrooms on one side of the house being too hot. I don’t recommend them.
Came immediately to fix an issue. Highly recommend Brandon as a service technician. Installation of new system last year was very professional and fairly priced Have been a satisfied customer for over 30 years in three homes
