Tremendo rosita con la cara de ispano
Great experience at Grainger. Jason the sales rep was outstanding. He could have sold me a part, but instead took the time to test the one I brought in to match up. I’ve used Grainger on the past, but I will make it a point to shop there first.

These guys are awesome when it comes to finding some of those hard to find parts and/or your safety needs they've got it.
Has extensive online selection of carried items. Can order at home for free in store pickup, or order in store with payment not due until items received. You have 10 days to retrieve the order, or it will be returned. In store personnel can guide you through narrowing the website choices, with a 2nd screen facing the customer. The item I was researching for purchase had 11k options! The only downsides: Your in-store screen is for viewing only. Any selections must be completed by the clerk, so you have to communicate clearly, or order from home and pay upfront. The "store" is more like a kiosk display of items from various categories to demonstrate what items are available online.

The inside sales guys are awesome!!! He went above and beyond to make sure I had the right part, even though my bill only came to $12!!!

I hadn't ordered anything from Grainger's in a long while when A fellow sharpener showed me the bins he had found there. So I stopped in last week described the item to a sales lady. She knew exactly the product that I was looking for. She placed the order under my business name and told me it should be in by Tuesday. I went in today and sure enough it was there. In these days of supply chain delays etc. I'm pleased to report that Grainger delivers on time as promised.
